They say you can shake the sand from your toes but it never leaves your soul. Sanctuary 2106 invites you to test this theory for yourself. From its long balcony you can soak up beach views, forest views and Redfish Lake views which are then permanently inscribed in your mindâs eye once you walk in the soft white sand or among the magnolias.
Truly contentment inducing, Redfish 2106 radiates an attractive beach vibe heightened by many upgrades. The fully-stocked kitchen features a glass tile backsplash, gorgeous white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each of the bedrooms has a coastal flare and the master suite in particular shines thanks to its giant en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub, balcony access and beach views. Plus, guests enjoy conveniences like gated entry, an in-unit laundry room and plenty of parking.
Sanctuary offers some very special amenities to its guests. The lagoon style pool deck is so well done that it alone brings guests back year after year. Add in the seasonal ferry ride- for Sanctuary guests only- across Redfish Lake to the beach and youâve got the makings of some fantastic vacation memories. Moreover, a spacious walking trail just outside the gates leads to shops and restaurants that speckle 30A and its charming beach towns.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
It was a peaceful stay with our family. Many pool options and the boat captains were wonderful when we were coming to/from the beach. The fire alarm did go off at 12:15 in the morning one night and all of us had to evacuate the building. But other than that is was a nice stay!!
Wonderful experience. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Boat ride to the beach is a neat touch. Taking the walkway to the beach is a lovely walk through nature. We ate many of our meals on the balcony overlooking the view of forest, birds, deer, lake, and beach all in one. Loved it all.
Stay was good, a few things needed to be fixed like the vent door knob was hanging off and then garabage disposal was put if the sink (we fixed it).
