DETAILS: Spectacular design meets incredible location! Imagine a 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom and 2-half bathroom 30A getaway with amazing outdoor spaces—including a private pool, sitting spa, and 3 balconies with sweeping Gulf views—all steps from the brilliant white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, “Sunset Sands” can accommodate up to 36 guests, making it the perfect retreat for large groups.

Entering through the courtyard, guests will discover a living room with a TV and access to an expansive wet bar that includes a wine chiller, a beverage fridge, sink, dishwasher, and seating for 7. Steps away is a partially covered pool with a waterfall feature and sitting spa. Next to the pool are an outdoor shower, TV, and grilling area. Guests can change in a half-bath that’s steps away and drop wet towels off in the adjacent laundry room, which includes 2 sets of front-loading washers and dryers. The home has both a staircase and an elevator to access all 4 stories.

The second floor is the heart and soul of the home. A gourmet kitchen seats 5 at the countertop and features premium stainless appliances, including a 6-burner stove and a massive 2-door fridge. A dining table seats 10. An adjacent half-bath makes it easy to wash up for meals. The kitchen opens onto the living area, which offers abundant seating and a TV—the perfect place to gather for vacation movie night. Twin doors open onto the balcony with table seating for 6 guests to dine al fresco. The first floor also has a primary bedroom with a private bath.

Ascending to the third floor, you’ll find another living room with access to a vast deck with spectacular Gulf views. 3 bedrooms are on this floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with 2 twin built-in bunks and private bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

The fourth floor offers another balcony—again with staggering Gulf views and chaise lounge chairs for sun worshipers. The 2 primary bedrooms have king beds and private baths, both with a shower only. A bunkroom is a perfect space for the young or young at heart. 4 sets of bunks—8 in all—and each includes its own TV! This bunkroom has a private bath.
