ABOUT LEEWARD 2-3:
Under new ownership as of February 2026. Owners are doing major renovation March and April of 2026! Be the first to stay at a newly renovated condo in the heart of Seagrove!
Welcome to Leeward 2-3, a charming beach-front condominium located on the southern side of the picturesque 30A area. This lovely unit features a King master bedroom, two hall bunks, and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

Ideally situated, guests can delight in mornings on the sandy shores and afternoons exploring the diverse array of boutiques and dining options that line the stunning 30A coastal stretch, conveniently accessible by bike or car. Leeward 2-3 is a perfect retreat for a couple or small family seeking a week of seaside relaxation or a romantic escape.

The spacious king master bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an en-suite full bathroom, offering utmost comfort and convenience. As you pass by the hallway bunks and enter the main living area, spectacular ocean vistas can be enjoyed from the well-appointed kitchen and living room. Insufficient internet

My husband and I have been traveling to the Panhandle for thirty years. When we booked the property, the property manager called me, giving me the third degree and telling me people had been dishonest, bringing more people than what was booked, etc. That was a red flag for me, but my husband told me to go ahead and book it. You can’t get on the internet with your computer or cell phone in the condo. You have to go outside on the patio to get service.

Amazing Location

I have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for many years, from Orange Beach to Panama City and there just isn't a better location than Leeward II, main level #3. You step off your deck onto the sandy beach with a short stroll to the water. The Paradise Properties team could not have been more accommodative - great communication and intent on making our stay perfect. The condo itself could use an update but the bed and pillows were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend especially for couples.

wonderful beach vacation on the beach

Great CUSTOMER Service! Great location right on the beach! This is my second stay at this location, but the first time in this condo, with this property management. They were wonderful and very accommodating. The only thing I wish this condo had that they did not was some lounge chairs on the patio. But other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling with their spouse, or small group. Or by themselves! There is one master and bunks in the hall, and a sleeper sofa.

Quick Getaway to the Beach!

We had to drive our son down to stay with friends in Grayton Beach and were lucky to book this unit last minute and have a few days to ourselves at the beach. We have stayed in Leeward II units before and love the fact that you are right on the beach. The unit was clean and the communication with Paradise Properties was great. Apparently the AC died the day we were coming in. Paradise brought in portable units and had it cooled by the time we arrived. The bedroom unit worked great. The living room kitchen unit was not as successful but WAY better than no air (AC part did not come in until day we left). We were in the ocean most of the time so it wasn’t a big problem. The unit could use an update and definitely use a restock of kitchen accessories, pots, pans etc. If you’re there for the beach and going out to dinner it’s not a big deal but cooking might be struggle. We would stay again for location and beach access.

SO DISAPPOINTING!!

We were enticed to book this property based off of the fact that it was beachfront. On our way into town, we received a call from the management company stating that after the last check out, they discovered the air was not working and was leaking into the wall. They said they would have some mini split units there for us and that contractors would be accessing during our stay to get the air fixed for us. Upon arrival, it was HOT and the units were LOUD. The nights were the hottest. I called and texted the mgmt company and no response to my inquiry about the air, but then received a call from someone that sounded like they were in a call center and assured we would receive some sort of compensation for our trouble. NOTHING. On our last day, we met some neighbors that checked in and stayed at the unit next door regularly. We told them about our air, and they said every time they have stayed there, the people staying in our unit have told them the same!!! Despite the circumstances, we made the best of it. We won't be staying at this condo or any condo marketed and managed by Paradise Properties again in the future. Also, please be aware, the washer and dryer is not in the unit. It is shared by the complex.

Great short getaway for my husband and I.

Location was great. We were able to walk right onto beach from condo without having to climb down two or three flights of stairs. Beach was crowded because the condo is near an access for the neighborhood. Condo could use some updating but overall good.

Great beach access but zero privacy

If you're looking for great beach access, then this is your place. However, the lack of privacy on the deck area was less than ideal and I would highly recommend the condo be updated with more comfortable seating, black out curtains for the bedroom and a new dishwasher.

Amazing View

The view from the deck is amazing, cant beat it which is why we picked the place. The condo needs a bit of a facelift though. Older décor and appliances. Also the floor wasn't cleaned completely in the kitchen when we got there.

Great location but basic accommodations

This condo has a perfect setting right on the beach. I love that we could simply open the gate from our porch and walk right on the beach. Hard to beat that. However, the condo is pretty dated and needed a good deep clean. The kitchen equipment need to be replaced. The bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a peaceful beach condo without paying extra for high end furnishings etc, this is for you.

Amazing beachfront location

The location was the best. Open the deck gate and step onto the beach. I could sit on the deck and drink my coffee while my kids played in the sand
I have never had such a BEACHFRONT experience!!! Condo itself could use a good update/facelift
but if you’re there for the beach, this is where it’s at!!!
