This is the perfect family vacation home. Located steps from the beach with public restrooms and picnic tables. This home has everything you need to make those wonderful family memories. After a day at the beach, relax in the shaded private pool or have a family cookout on the pool deck.

Summer Breeze on 30A is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. You can comfortably sleep 18 people. Leave the cars in the driveway and walk to the nearby ice cream shop, bicycle rentals or have a paddle board delivered to you beach side. The many nearby restaurants feature nightly entertainment and great food, Goatfeathers, Local Catch and Shunk Gully to name a few.
Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features clothing, beach and paddle board shops, weekly concerts, coffee shop, arcade and liquor stores as well. Get your essential at the nearby Walmart or Publix grocery stores.

This house was beautiful and spacious. Such a great layout. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding/pillows were great quality. Loved the new deck addition by the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing vacation

The house was great for our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. It is a very short walk to the beach access walkway. The pool was wonderful! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all. The pool and outdoor seating was very nice. We had questions regarding trash and received a quick response.It was an easy and close walk to the beach as described. One negative was the public beach area was small and had limited space, therefore it was very crowded. Make sure guests are familiar with the Walton County beach guidelines.Overall it was great trip!!

Great house and location. Short walk to the beach. We loved being close to Goatfeathers and the heated pool was wonderful. Only complaint is the kitchen is small and we do a lot of cooking, but we managed :) We hope to return in the future.

Great family time

Our 4 generation family of 13 had an amazing time at the house. Be sure to get that pool heated and live in it and use that provided boil pot to boil shrimp from goat feathers seafood market which is just a short walk away!
