Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Perfection in Seaside

My family and I loved our week at Crossett Coastal Cottage. The home itself is stunning and well appointed. We utilized the golf cart daily for trips to Seaside and the beach (we used the beach access at Santa Clara for the parking and ramp down to the water). Exclusive 30A management was so helpful in answering any questions we had, going above and beyond to help with beach and baby equipment rentals. We truly felt like everything was at our finger tips while staying at Crossett Coastal Cottage. We are already planning our vacation to 30A next year and look forward to staying at this or another similar property managed by Exclusive 30A.

A beautiful home with a good location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was close enough to main attractions that we could walk, bike or ride a golf cart to them. We loved the great open spaces of the home, and the private pool! There were a few things that needed attention, but they were not crucial to our stay. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Great Family Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had no issues with the home at all. There were 8 of us. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms were spacious as expected. The pool is not huge, but still came in handy. The porch and pool area were used a lot. We enjoyed the big gas grill as we cooked out several times.

Beautiful Family Home for Vacation

The property was BEAUTIFUL. It was exactly as pictured! We had a wonderful time. The only issues we experienced were the televisions upstairs. The remotes did not work so we were not able to watch TV. The maintenance crew stopped by while we were out and said the TVs worked, not sure if they tried all TVs. Nothing major! I would also recommend adding bikes for kids 5yrs-10yrs. Lastly the kids den is located inside of one the queens bedrooms. Other than that, Overall great experience and we would definitely book there again!

The home was even prettier than we thought it would be. We only had two very minor issues, but within 5 minutes they were solved.!! Elizabeth our nation uses her son they have a Hidden silverware drawer that I couldn’t find. Ha ha !

Spring Break 2024

Great property. Good location just a short walk to the beach. Easy bike ride to Seaside central area. The house was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool which was perfect with the heat on as the weather was overcast and a little cooler than expected. Definitely recommend this property and will plan to return for another stay in the future.

Great stay!

We loved our stay in Seaside! The home comfortably fit eleven people and the process was easy to check in/out. The short walk/bike to the beach was simple as was access to downtown Seaside. The beach was spectacular and we will certainly book a second visit!

Quite a huge disappointment on so many levels

This house is truly beautiful -Regrettably, our group experienced just too many mis steps- perhaps as a new property this will improve, however it severely impacted our vacation and evoked a lot of stress. 1. Pool was advertised as heated and we paid an extra $300 for the heater to be turned on. Upon arrival, it was freezing cold -we called to advise and were told two hours later this house does not have a heated pool and the management company just found out about it! Telling two toddlers and a 6, and 8 year old they can’t use the pool was beyond a disappointment. 2. The HVAC was freezing cold upstairs and caused everyone who stayed in upstairs rooms to catch bad colds, downstairs it was super hot, fan was not working so had to open the door to the pool and then stress about a kid wandering to the pool at night. This was eventually fixed on the third day - after we slept horribly for two nights. 3. Gum spit in a drawer, no duvet cover on two of the beds , dirty coverlet on master, pool full of leaves, garbage can beyond overflowing outside. 4. Went to use the bikes and the locks would not unlock and 1 bike was unlocked but broken and unrideable. Yes this was fixed a day and a half later and after two calls - such a bummer. 5. Barn door to bunk room came off and fell on a six year old child. Yikes! 6. Management offered us a house 25 minutes away in Inlet, not near all of the plans we had already made in Seaside. We still are waiting for the pool refund and as polite as we have tried to be- they stopped replying after the first three calls . Maintenance was there two times , which we appreciated but also disrupted nap time. We could not find silverware or a wine opener and therefore could not eat dinner after an entire day of travel - we were told to go to Publix to go purchase our own . We asked for some sort of compensation and five days later still have not heard back from management after three texts sent. The house itself was beautifully done and in a great location - a lot of kinks need to be worked out and I would not recommend this home for families with small children. We had so much hope for a nice vacation and had to endure stress, sickness, disruption, and disappointment each day. As a VRBO Owner, I would have at least offered compensation for all of this trouble. I am appalled I have to keep asking for it and am not getting a response- including the reimbursement for the “heating” of the pool.
