Ocean Park seems fitting when the front door leads to the ocean and the back to a state park. This beautifully designed and quality constructed home is located in SeaNest Village and backs up to a protected State forest offering privacy, walking trails and beautiful views. Ocean Park is only a 4-minute walk to deeded beach access! The stunning neighborhood pool and sunset viewing tower are just a 1-minute walk away.

The 1st level of the home offers a cozy seating area as well as 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor of the home includes the stunning main open concept area. The large kitchen island features a great line of sight to the dining table and entertaining area, as well as beautiful forest views. There's plenty of room to spread out and create some fabulous meals. The chef in your group will love the large gas range with double ovens. On the 2nd floor you'll also find a half bathroom, laundry room and a bedroom suite. The 4th bedroom is upstairs on the 3rd level plus a sleeping alcove.

At the end of your beach or pool day, make sure to take advantage of the commercial outdoor grill outside the kitchen. Then head downstairs and enjoy some s'mores at the front of the home with the fire pit.

The owners of Ocean Park have also provided beach chairs and a wagon that can be found in the garage. Pack your snacks and grab your beach towel and you'll have your toes in the sand in no time.

Exit out the neighborhood to 30A and cross the street to the bike path. Walk towards the right and you will see the gate at Sea Turtle Dr for your deeded beach access, utilizing the one security fob provided at the home.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. Very poor check in instructions

We were never told property was gated and not sent a gate code. We could not gain entry to the subdivision and drove around for hours trying to find the property. We finally received text with gate code from management company. This was very disappointing after long drive and arriving after dark.

Beach getaway

Spacious and clean beach house for a quick weekend getaway. Short walk across 30A to access beach however, easy to do even with 2 small children and an infant. Great communication with the property manager who was available at all times to answer questions and respond to concerns (although there were none :)). Neighborhood was quiet, not crowded, little traffic. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

This was, by far, the best property we have stayed at in Seagrove, other than One Seagrove Place. The house is so spacious and was very clean. Everyone had enough space to sleep and the rooms were a great size. We also loved that the kitchen was open to the living room, so that we could all hang out together, even while cooking. It was a very short and nice walk to the beach access, which we appreciated with little ones in tow. Owners were very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay in this home for a group of 10. The home is spacious with plenty of seating for a large group. The location was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were provided in the garage. Our only complaints about the home include there were several roaches spotted throughout the home on the first and second floors, there was only one extra trash bag, there was not enough toilet paper provided for a home that can accommodate so many guests, and the trash cans outside had not been emptied prior to our arrival, so we could not properly fit all our trash in the cans when we departed. Overall great stay and would stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home

We had our family of nine during the stay. This house allowed the three families to have their own area in home to have privacy. We had a wonderful main area that accommodated everyone. The bathrooms were amazing and their were plenty for each family unit. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. The area around the neighborhood had places to eat, shop and entertainment. The house was so good we are wanting to book it for next year. We all hated to say goodbye after a week of rest, relaxation and family time.

Early Summer Family Vacation

Property was great, just right for our family. Truly only a 4 minute walk to beach and very close to pool. Beach was not crowded. Easy bike ride to a number of fun spots for shopping and eating. Only complaint was having only one fob for beach access. Highly recommend the house, its location and and 30A.

Fabulous house on 30-a!

Stayed here for a week with 2 friends and our daughters. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room for 12 people. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to seaside or watercolor. Loved every minute of the week at this house! Will come again.

Amazing house and location!

We just spent Spring Break in SeaNest Village and couldn't have enjoyed this house more. We had 2 couples with 4 adults and 6 kids (10-15) and this house was the perfect size with everyone having their own bed. We've been vacationing in the 30A area for almost 20 years now and this is easily one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. The location is great with easy access to the beach (the pull cart provided was a nice touch) as well as a few restaurants and easy access to Seaside and Rosemary. The trail in the back is nice also. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool area but it looked very nice and well kept. Lastly, dealing with Ross was great. He was very accessible and communication was great throughout. This house definitely made our cold stay much more enjoyable and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful new home with everything we had hoped for

This was a great place that was everything Ross promised it would be - and then some. We love mountain biking and it was awesome having access to miles and miles of bike trails right out the back door. Everything about the house was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach.
