IMPORTANT PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT NOTICE



One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.



We want to make sure you are aware of the following potential impacts when planning your stay:



CONSTRUCTION NOISE

Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.



POOL CLOSURE

The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.



BEACH ACCESS

The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.



BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE

On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.



PARKING

Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

Excellent place to stay, 10/10, will definitely stay here again. The seafood market within walking distance with fresh seafood, delicious donut shop next door. Everything within walking distance didn’t have to drive unless you just wanted too. Everyone very friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a lovely place.

Front door was being replaced when we got there, then there was no number on the unit which tripped up the kids at first, lol…but once they found it we all had a great time! Beautiful and comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again. Rental bikes and chairs on site. Not as crazy as nearby areas (seaside etc) but an easy 2 mile bike ride away from that stuff. No non-glass cups in unit (for beach) so take those with you. A wonderful vacation and nothing to dislike about the unit! Thanks!

Please continue to maintain the excellence you have delivered in the past. We recommended you to several of our friends because we want your place to succeed and be the premier location to visit on the Emerald Coast. Thank you for keeping the beach chairs and umbrella service on property. It is more reasonably priced and we can go up for a rest and not worry about losing our chairs. The young men were delightful and so helpful. Thank you for everything!! Two small items: The hoses to wash off are terrible and knotted a lot and no one reminded us to get a guest pass since we didn't arrive until 10:30. We could have been towed.

Mold and Mildew

Overwhelming mold and mildew smell when first arrived. Was given spray after maintenance report. Obviously coming from HVAC. Likely a respiratory hazard. Should have refused the unit. Everything worn, mattresses uncomfortable. Lots of lights not working.
