The private pool is the center of a very unique space. The backyard oasis includes a spacious pool house, a hanging day bed, a fire pit with seating for four, a Delta Heat grill, a refrigerator, and a large TV. There’s also a dining table next to the water.

Inside, the first-floor open dining and living area is a delight, with ten-foot ceilings and custom finishes. The living room with a large TV, includes a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a grand farmhouse dining table, with seating for your entire crew. Not only does the amazing kitchen have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid small appliances, and a built-in desk, but it also includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator.

Down the hall resides a guest room, queen, with a full shared marble-tiled bath and a view of the pool. Upstairs, there’s a large “parent suite”, king, with a coffee bar, separate bunk room, and wrap-around balcony. The second primary suite has a seating area, a full private marble-tiled bath, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. A stacked washer and dryer are nearby, in addition to the full-sized washer and dryer in the two-car garage.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the six-seater golf cart and four bikes! The real adventures start when you leave the car behind. Enjoy!

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

Best Family Beach House!!

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

Great place to stay and relax with the family

The property was as shown in the pictures. Great space and a lovely place to stay. The outside pool and garden house was a brilliant extra to the property and we really enjoyed that area. The children loved the pool and having it heated meant we could use it from early morning to late evening in January. Would definitely stay again and was happy that the property was up to the standard shown as we came all the way from Cornwall in the UK to stay at blue mountain/ Santa Rosa. The golf cart was amazing to have and use around the local area. Thanks

Family Vacation

Lots of little things to deal with over the first few days but the property manager was responsive and resolved everything. Location and pool are a plus. Cleanliness was lacking - floors were dirty, bathroom baseboards caked with dust and hair (I used Clorox wipes to clean) and lots of dust in the upstairs bedrooms. For those who want a true master bedroom and master bath - this house does not offer that. The master bedroom shares the master bath with the room w 4 bunks. Not ideal for us - others may not mind.

Enjoyable fall break!

We enjoyed everything about the house. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it.

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.

Great for Families

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

The backyard is beautifully landscaped with outdoor space to gather and eat, watch tv, or swing and watch the sunset. The golf cart was a plus to ride down to the beach accesses. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, pool and foosball game. Our family will come back next year :)

Beautiful home - we really enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 nights here. It is a beautiful home, tastefully furnished, and has pretty much everything you need. The backyard and pool area is better than the pictures show. The golf cart was fun and we enjoyed the bikes. The beach is a short walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. Parking can be tricky on busy days.Overall, we had a great time. Just a few maintenance type issues that can be fixed - mainly the wifi which was super spotty.
