"Shore Beats Work" vacation home is Coastal Beach living at its finest! When you enter, you are immediately greeted by high end, well thought out, finishes with it's beautiful dĂ©cor, one of a kind artwork, engineered wood flooring, and granite counter tops. The kitchen enhances your luxurious living with an amazing chefs style five burner gas cook top, over-sized fridge, food pantry, full size dishwasher, large capacity washer and dryer and family size Farm Style dining table. The open living and dining areas have high 10’ ceilings with plenty of windows for a bright, spacious feel that makes Relaxing and Entertaining easy.There is a half bath on the first floor. The Master suite offers a king-sized bed, double closet, a private master bath with double vanity and large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and twin over full bunks. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each Bedroom has its own TV and blu ray player.

"Shore Beats Work" is close to the resort style pool, and is just a short drive or bike ride to the scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Your Vacation Home is located in the town of Prominence which is a 30A hotspot, and offers the best resort lifestyle. The amenities included in Prominence are a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and a community grilling area offering 2 large grills surrounding the poolside. Enjoy your getaway experience at the outdoor amphitheater, shopping, or relaxing around the fireplace on the community screened porch.

Golf cart rentals are allowed ONLY through 30A Gulf Carts. 30A Gulf Carts and the HOA have a contract to allow a limited number of golf cart rentals on a first come, first served basis.

Wonderful Spring Break in 30A

This year we prioritized having a heated pool and the one at Prominence did not disappoint! We loved the easy access to the bike path and the Big Chill. The condo was very well appointed and we found that we had everything we needed. Great location!

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect for our family vacation with four little ones. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The one drawback is that there is no public beach within a walkable distance. The beach across the street is private, so you need to plan on having a golf cart or driving to the public beach access.

Clean and Luxurious

The decor and accommodations were wonderful! Everything was clean. The master has dark drapes for sleeping in the other two rooms had just blinds. Beds were very comfortable. The north pool is across the street behind The Big Chill.. that was a little tricky to find. Only downside that we didn’t realize was the pools were crowded and there was no easy beach access. We drove to Deer Lake State Park to get to the beach. The rental had no bikes so you’d need to spend a lot more to rent a golf cart or bikes or drive to find beach access. If you just want a peaceful getaway with convenient food across the street - this place is perfect!

Cozy, Clean & Convenient!

This unit and the location were perfect for our family retreat. The spaces were so refreshing and clean - we felt very comfortable and at home. The area is safe and the Hub was entertaining for our entire family.

Prominence Condo

This is the fourth time that we have stayed in the Prominence neighborhood and will continue to stay here in the future. It is a convenient location to shopping, nature trails and of course the beach. Each of the condos that we have utilized in the past have their individual pros and cons and we would expect this going forward. This home could have been a bit cleaner. It appeared that it may have been a rushed cleaning and less attention to detail that we would have expected of a home in this area. The stainless appliances had not been wiped down, there was dirt and debris around the kitchen trash can and the master bath floor had footprints. Other than that, all was satisfactory.

30A Family Beach Trip

Exactly what we wanted

Great community - Pool, food hall, etc. Short drive to the beach. Place was just like it looks in the photos. Use of the garage was a very nice benefit. One issue - Was not cleaned by check-in time, and maintenance was tough to get a hold of. But, once we spoke, the cleaners came soon after and really did a great job. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

The place was clean and nicely decorated, but the bunk bed was not safe. The mattress was all the way up to the rail, which does not meet safety code for bunk beds.

Great location for first family vacation!

This property was perfect and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. This place has anything we needed from a multitude of plates and cups to any book, DVDs, and cable you could need. It was a true “home away from home”. Only negative were the loud creaky doors that seemed to stick and squeak as you opened them. This was tricky when dealing with two under two. Still love the property and would definitely stay here again!

Family get-away just for fun

it's our third time staying at Prominence on 30A and this stay continued to reach our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beauty of the unit, the location on 30A. Only thing to note is that in the past stays in other units here we've had more availability to thing such as beach towels and certain kitchen amenities - olive oil, salt, pepper... We were, however, completely happy with our stay here. We LOVE 30A!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect. Close to the pool and Hub but also conveniently located in the middle of all other 30A communities. We will definitely be returning next Spring.

4 week Snowbirds

This place was perfect for our needs. The Townhouse had all the cooking and storage items we needed. They had 2 coffee makers. Good amount of pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with enough blankets for the cooler weather. They even had a box fan to help me sleep. The area was so awesome and was very safe. We walked the beaches everyday(Seaside was our favorite)! We ate at the many of Seaside restaurants but the hidden gem was Mercado the grocery store in Seaside. Loved the muffins! We were at shades every Sunday to watch football and Can’t say enough about that place too. Loved the Hub but the evenings were a little cold in January. Would love to come back and would recommend this Townhouse to good friends.
