My family and I stayed a week in Mike’s condo. It was loaded with amenities of every kind. The condo was in wonderful condition, clean and well decorated! By far one of the nicest places we have stayed. Located near the beach, restaurants, grocery, and entertainment. The shuttle to the beach makes the short trek even more convenient when you have small kids. Overall we will hopefully be back!

Exceeded Every Expectation!

We had an absolute blast in this funky, hip, and modern but comfortably decorated condo! Luxe appliances and everything you would ever need in every room. And I mean EVERYTHING! The floor plan was perfect for our group of 2 couples and one 7 year old. She loved having her own bunk spaces! Location of unit was fabulous with the pool area below and the ocean view from the balcony. Property amenities were clean and very well tended by an extremely friendly staff. The beach shuttle made it super easy to get the unit supplied beach essentials to and from the private beach! The whole area is just hoping enough without being over crowded. I could go on and on about this place. You just have to check it out for yourself! We look forward to our next visit! Thanks Mike for making our fun little getaway so breezy and delightful! 10 Stars! 🎏

Very nice property with short walk to beach. Pros: good value, proximity to nice private beach, very clean and modern, clean parking garage with space for a full size vehicle, walking distance to restaurants Cons: No sleeping in (30a is right outside master bedroom window) and blinds do not shield sun, uncomfortable living room furniture (no family movie night), having to not just load the dishwasher but empty it before check out (petty I know but not convenient)

Perfect in every way!

The Unit: The Unit was very clean, upscale, and modern, and was very well stocked with everything needed to cook, clean, and relax. Beach chairs and cart provided in the unit were very handy for beach trips. There is an easy to use reserved parking spot, and there is also a loading area next to elevator with available luggage carts. The pool and headed pool were great after a day at the beach. If I HAD to critique anything, I would have liked a larger TV for movie watching, but the existing TV was more than adequate, particularly for a beach trip when you will be spending more time outside. There are TVs in each bedroom as well. The Area: There is easy, fast access to the beach by simply crossing over 30A. It was maybe a 5 minute walk, and our kids made it without any complaining each day. There is also a private beach access for the development, which was nice. Ice cream, coffee, and donuts are available right across the street, and there are many restaurants and other shops right in the area. The Owner/Management: All of the communication from the owner/manager prior to arriving was friendly, timely, and clear. We only needed to contact the owner/manager once during our trip, when the lock to the Unit malfunctioned, and they fixed the issue very quickly without any fuss. WE HOPE TO COME BACK SOON! One of best places on 30A

One of of the best places we’ve stayed throughout 30A. (We’ve been going for 20 years). Nice open grassy field for kids. Corn hole, ping pong table on property, large pool and small heated one. Very quiet at night since you’re basically surrounded by state park Ocean views from the balcony, walkable safe area to great restaurants and ice cream. Private beach access with bathrooms was one of the best perks (easy 5 min walk but can use golf cart shuttle too). Completely stocked with items you normally have to rebuy at other rentals (detergent, trash bags, dish soap, enough tp to last a family of 5 for the week). Save money with their use of nice beach chairs and beach toys- fyi
 people who rent chairs have dibs on the first rows but you can take your chair down to the waters edge). You can rent an umbrella for $25/day. It’s not a crowded part of beach so we didn’t mind being behind them. Mike was super responsive and easy to work with. Amazing value for location and amenities. This has it all!

Awesome condo!

We can’t say enough great things about this unit. It was beautifully decorated and equipped with literally everything you could ever need. It seems that the owners thought of everything! Our kids loved the bunk bed and we we really enjoyed playing all the games. The beach chairs provided are comfortable. I even loved all the large fluffy beach and bath towels. We have stayed in many condos/houses at the beach, and this is for sure one of our favorites!

Wonderful beach stay

This condo unit is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The design and art are high end, while very comfortable as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could dream of using while cooking. Wonderful towels and bathroom amenities- we greatly appreciated the spare toothbrush as our granddaughter had forgotten hers. The beach chairs are comfy and sturdy and hv backpack straps for easy sunset trips. A/C worked well which was great for a July trip. We loved the easily adjustable ceiling fans. Check in was so easy and the owner always answered questions right away. It’s a quick walk to beach, but an easy shuttle is available which comes in handy when taking a day’s supplies down. Great pool, parking garage keeps cars sheltered from heat. Kids loved being across from the Creamery. The location is less crowded than the Seaside area which we loved. The private beach access was a HUGE asset because the public beach was absolutely packed. We loved the restrooms at the private beach entrance available to only the Redfish guests.

My family all raved about how immaculate the condo was! It was very updated, organized, well equipped, and in a perfect location. The elevators were down from a lightning strike, but Mike (the owner) was very communicative and friendly with helping us. The condo is a 10/10 for me because of the cleanliness and excellent condition! We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful 50th Birthday

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals on 30A but this rental had everything! We packed some extra things like trash bags and tide pods and other items only to find that this rental already had these things and more. We liked the location and could not have asked for a more beautiful week!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was perfect for our family! It’s updated, very clean and fully stocked with anything you need. The location is awesome- walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries and the creamery. We walked to the beach every day but they do offer a shuttle to a beach for Redfish Village guests only. The condo’s community pool was also great to have. My kids had a blast! Would highly recommend this condo!

Clean, tasteful and everything we needed

-Place was spotless -Beds were so comfortable -Supplied everything you could need for your stay -View from condo to the beach very nice -If you drive bring your own beach umbrella renting is expensive otherwise buy one at Walmart which is what we did $40 worth it!

Best Vacation!

My husband and I love it here! This unit is beautifully renovated. Everything listed was there. My husband and I took only our clothes and groceries. Don’t need anything else! Thoughtfully stocked and meticulously clean! Glad we booked to go last week. I give this VRBO a well deserved a 5 stars!

Gorgeous, perfectly located condo on 30a

This was our second time renting this property and we’d gladly stay again. The location is easily walkable to multiple restaurants/shops and the private beach entrance. The condo itself is immaculate—SO CLEAN(!)—beautifully renovated and decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (esp if you like to cook). It’s a luxurious and comfortable spot and the property manager makes everything very easy. Excellent communication from start to finish. We highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

Condo was very clean and well decorated. We had a family of six and the condo easily could accommodate us. Even the bunk beds were comfortable to sleep in. It’s also an easy walk to the beach. Would love to stay there again.
