And when the sea’s tranquility is paired with a cozy beach house, you’ll enjoy the perfect coastal getaway! You’ll find the relaxation you need at Salt Water Serenity, a vacation rental in Seacrest Beach on Scenic Highway 30A. From the elegant exterior to the radiant interior, the beach vibe is strong. The townhome has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, comfy living space, and outdoor patios. It can host up to 11 vacationers.

The spacious great room invites you into its comfortable embrace, featuring an open floorplan, sunny windows, high ceilings, lightly-toned furniture and décor, and rich hardwood floors. Two sets of glass doors open onto an outdoor patio, where you can enjoy the perfect Florida weather while sipping a refreshing cocktail. Inside, the living area includes a dove-gray couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa and pastel blue armchairs. A patterned rug, wood coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV complete the space. Wood floors extend from the living room to the kitchen, where you will find stainless-steel appliances, a gas-range stovetop, marble countertops, and white cabinetry. A large kitchen island features a sink and three rustic stools. In the adjacent dining alcove, a plank hardwood table and bench seating provides a formal dining space.

The townhome’s bedrooms are located on the top floor. In the master suite, a king-size bed is flanked by sunny windows, creating a cozy space to relax and have sweet, beach dreams. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a beach-washed dresser. The master suite also has a private bath, which includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a panel headboard, seascape wall dĂ©cor, and a TV. Kids will immediately fall in love their quarters, which feature a full bunk, twin trundle, fun whale art, and wall-mounted TV.

This townhome is located in the Prominence neighborhood of Seacrest Beach, which ensures its guests have access to resort-style amenities, while maintaining a quieter vacation atmosphere. Take a refreshing swim in the 5,000 square foot community swimming pool, which includes water spouts and a tropical setting. The pool area has a large sundeck with lounge chairs, grilling patio, and club-like bathhouses. Another nearby convenience is The Big Chill, which is an outdoor event venue where locals and visitors enjoy seasonal entertainment such as family movie nights and outdoor concerts. In Seacrest Beach and on 30A, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to visit, as well as activities to engage in. You’re sure to make the best vacation memories when staying in this paradise location!

The condo was super nice! Very clean. We did slot of cooking while there. Could use some updated cookware. Beds were very comfy. Huge bathrooms. We will definitely be back!!

Not worth the stay AT ALL.

This was probably one of the worst homes we have ever stayed in. I’ve previously booked another unit in this same community and it was nothing like this unit. To start, as soon as we walked in, we found a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. There were also roaches all in the dish washer and crawling on the kitchen counters our entire stay. There were 4 bikes, we decided to go on a ride and as soon as we did my sisters bike pedal completely came off and she almost lost control and it could’ve ended very badly. We brought this situation to the management company’s attention and asked if we could get a new bike as soon as possible since we were not staying long and they never reached back out to us. Also customer service had attitudes for no reason. Our unit had no basic necessities. No extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent, barely any soap. I’ve never stayed anywhere with no extra necessities. There was also barely any beach equipment. The last unit we stayed at was full of beach toys, chairs and even a golf cart and was more affordable. Also the couch bed was gross and had stains. I have experience in property rentals and management and this has been a very disappointing visit. Not worth the price at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place loved the kitchen and how spacious it is. A couple of things were not so clean found a dead fly on the table and crumbles from the last family that was there stove was also dirty. Also beach is not a 10 minute walk distance. We loved the bikes it was so much fun getting to ride them around the property and to the pool area. After all the place was so nice and comfortable.

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as described. It was clean and spacious. We’d probably say even the comfiest beds we’ve slept in on vacation. Only con was its proximity to the beach. We knew that before we booked, so I didn’t give a lower rating, but if your okay driving to a beach access close by then this place is great. The closest access is at the state park, which driving was fine, but then there’s about a 15 min walk to the beach from there. Although, on the plus side, even though you pay a minimal entrance fee to park, there are bathrooms and they looked very clean. Overall great place. If your family prefers the pool to the beach then it’s a gem of a find. If you’re mostly beach people, the driving, walking and hauling your stuff to the beach gets old pretty quick.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable with exceptional beds, especially for a rental property! We did not need to contact the property manager, but they seemed easy to reach! We would not hesitate to stay here again!
