The townhouse is located in the very back of Sandhill Pines neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac. Its prime location makes your stay peaceful and comfortable.

The inviting great room decorated in teal and white lines, features a 9ft ceiling, Smart 4K UHD 55in Samsung TV, a large, distressed wood coffee table, ample designer seating and a large sofa. Free Wifi is also available.

The soft lighting of the Hygge lamp is an invitation to immerse yourself into your favorite readings or enjoy some quiet time after a busy day at the beach.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and flows into the dining area, which seats 6 at the table and 3 at the kitchen bar. Filtered water is available from the refrigerator and also from the small faucet near the main one.

A half bath completes the downstairs.

Upstairs, the split bedroom floor-plan allows the parents to enjoy the master suite while the kids relax and watch TV in their separate back bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress and has its own en-suite bath, with a large walk-in shower.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with foam mattress queen beds and share a full bath.

Accommodations for the seventh and eighth guest can be easily set up in the master bedroom or/and in the back beige bedroom using the available roll-away beds.

Additional amenities: 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, Sling TV Blue package through Sling App; plenty of free news, movies and kids channels through the Samsung TV Plus app; Iron/Ironing board; Blow dryer in each full bathroom; ground coffee; 2 detergent pods; fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, etc.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, additional coffee pods for Keurig (2 provided and also ground coffee), your login credentials for your accounts (Netflix, Disney, Amazon...)

Please read the House Rules before booking. We will send the guidebook, check in info, directions and house manual 5 days prior to your arrival. If you would like all these info earlier, please let us know and we would be happy to send them to you.

Please note that the Sandhill Pines community is not located within the Sandestin Resort and does not have a pool. The community is adjacent to the resort with direct access from Mack Bayou Road.
