Wonderful House
The house was perfect for my 17 family members ranging from 3 years old to 75 years old. The communication with the owners was easy and they got back to me within a few hours or less with each message I sent. The two kitchens helped immensely when preparing dinners for all of us and we found we could all gather in the first floor dinning area for meal times. The ice maker we didnât know we needed (located in the first floor kitchen) came in so handy during the hot beach week - that was a welcome added bonus.Something we didnât know we were going to need, but came in handy, was the first floor is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair can easily come in the first floor and have access to the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with no issues. The big windows looking out onto the pool were nice for those that didnât want to be out in the heat/sun but still wanted to watch those playing in the pool. The house is located very close to public beach access with a ramp allowing a wheelchair to get close to the sand and if you can flag down a lifeguard on duty they can bring a beach accessible wheelchair to get through the sand and to a space on the beach. The beds were nice and I loved the master bedroom on the third floor with a roomy shower and a bench! I could see the ocean from the balcony and watch the evening storms out at sea. We were able to park 2 mini vans, a Tahoe and a small SUV in the parking area. Public parking during the daytime was close.
