Dune Vacation Rentals presents: Sea Shack a quaint and luxurious guest cottage located on peaceful Tupelo street. This vacation rental home is a quick walk to the adult pool, fitness center, family pool and tennis facility. The idyllic Seaside carriage house is decorated in a coastal luxury style, featuring creamy white walls, rich wood floors and vintage-style appliances in the kitchen.

The living space of Sea Shack is on the first floor and features a flat screen TV, two chairs and a sofa for family time. The kitchen features vintage-style appliances surrounded by creamy white cabinets. The dining area seats five is just off of the kitchen area and is surrounded by windows to provide plenty of natural light. One of your favorite places to spend time is sure to be the spacious, deck area. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor and has a full sized bed. The full bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower is also located just off the bedroom. The guest bedroom has access to a wonderful sunroom which is perfect for a lazy afternoon reading a book. There is a stairway in the guest bedroom which leads up to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is accessed by walking through the guest bedroom and up the stairs to the second floor. The cozy master bedroom has a queen sized bed and features a vanity with a sink and drawers and also a private powder room. You will enjoy stepping out on your private balcony, which overlooks the yard. Sea Shack is a perfect home for your Seaside getaway!

**If you need space for a few more people, Sea Shack has a main cottage available for rental. Taste & Sea is a beautiful, three bedroom home that will sleep 6 people and is located in front of the guest cottage.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
- NO SMOKING HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the No Smoking policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Pass(1), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATE:
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, Pool Heat, and CSA Trip Insurance.

Perfect beach getaway

The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that.

A cute cottage in an A location

My wife and I enjoyed our getaway to Seaside. We were grateful for the exceptional location of Sea Shack, access to the private Tupelo pavilion beach/bathroom, and friendliness of the Dune staff. There was a slight lack of clothing storage in the bedroom upstairs, a dresser rather than a table would've made for a more organized space. Our biggest regret was accidentally departing with the paper parking pass still in our vehicle (a 51 mistake). Make sure to follow the checkout instructions!

Perfectly Relaxing

Spent a peaceful week in a beautiful little home. Two bedrooms, a living room dining room and kitchen gave us just the right amount of space. Just a couple steps from the beach and a 2 minute stroll to the center of the idyllic little town of Seaside made this a trip to remember. Can't wait to come back to visit our new beach "get-a-way"!

This property is a small comfortable cottage with room two to for adults. Easy access and amenities. My only complaint is the wifi was atrocious. It was spring break but we could not even pull up the weather. I was unable to run Youtube tv on the upstairs TV. I imagine that it is better with fewer kids around but it was a major frustration. We won’t book during spring break again.

Super cute little cabin for my family of four. Both my girls, ages 17 and 20 slept together comfortably in the bed downstairs. The pullout trundle sofa in the living room was perfect for movie and game nights. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Perfect walking distance and location to the plaza. Our stay was perfect!

Charming, Clean, Large and well appointed

Very reasonable price for this large dwelling. Nice kitchen & dining room, outdoor decks, and master bedroom suite. The additional bedroom on 1st floor would work well for a teenager, or extra guest. We used it as an extra area for luggage, clothing, storage etc. There's even a small screened in porch off the 1st floor bedroom. A/C worked well, appliances were new (but vintage style). The ice-maker worked well as did all appliances. Was a couple block walk to the beech, but the immediate area was quiet and peaceful. Is very close to tennis, pickle ball and fitness center. The outdoor shower door at rear of unit was jammed shut. I didn't want to force it, but it may have worked - just didn't need it or miss it... We loved it!

Perfect girls weekend

Loved this spot! Quick bike ride to the Seaside hub of restaurants and shops as well as private beach access. The “shack” had everything stocked well in the kitchen, and I enjoyed that there was a variety of pillow types to find a favorite fit. It was perfect for our girls weekend away! Only complaint was that upon checkout, the code for the door was shut off an hour prior to what we were told (so be careful not to lock yourself out!) Other than that - highly recommend this little spot!

The place was nice and clean. The location was great. Having access to the private beach area is definitely worth it. One thing I would say I didn’t appreciate, was the fragrance smell on the sheets and towels. It was way too over powering, we had to use our own bed sheets that we brought, and the towels we barely use them because of the same reason. Other than that I recommend this place.

Clean. Excellent location just a block away from the Tupelo St beach entryway. About a four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Across the street about a block away is the family area with playground and pool. Very nice setup for kids. All in all excellent stay. Cons, not many. Just make sure you bring the essentials like paper products etc because only the minimum are supplied. The kitchen has most cooking utensils but I'd expect much more for the price point of the rental. That could be easily remedied by the owners. Last, there's a nice grocery store, Publix, on 395 just minutes down the road.

SeaShack is a beautifully decorated cottage. It has everything you need. Perfect location to the beach & Seaside town area. Love the porch area. The two provided bikes is a great addition. Will definitely be returning to this cottage for a future stay.
