Great home. Walk to beach was not four minutes but 10-15 minutes (1/2 mile)

A great family vacation home. Disappointed in the fact it was 1/2 mile to beach which was quite crowded - public beach access in front of huge condo building. Balcony was so nice and relaxing.

Great outdoor sitting area; no private beach access

We all enjoyed the house. A couple of things to make it even better....provide 2 key fobs to access private beach across the street. The other renters around us had access, but we had to walk 15 min to Eastern Lake public access. Add ceiling fans to bedrooms. Especially the master. It gets very hot on top floor. The outdoor sitting area was the favorite room!

Wonderful family vacation

We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered lounging area which always seemed to have a great breeze which helped make the 90+ degree weather pleasant. An occasional nap out there was enjoyed by several of us. The pool was outstanding. Kitchen was more than adequately supplied but it did take some adjustment to the energy efficient appliances. Had brief problem with TV remotes but technician came and was easily solved. Overall a good experience.

The cleaning crew did a great job and the staff at 30A Luxury is very responsive and polite. The living room/kitchen/porch layout was perfect for us and the beds & linens all cozy. We didn’t cook but kitchen well stocked for in home meals. The neighborhood is gated and we enjoyed the quiet private community. We prefer vacationing near this area of Seagrove and by the lake so location was great. There is construction in the neighborhood right now which is somewhat unsightly (port a potty) and crews nearby but wasn’t overly loud or a hindrance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several rentals, but Seaspell Sands has been our favorite by far! The home itself is stunning! It’s spacious (yet super cozy) and extremely clean. Upon entering, it smelled like a spa and there was tranquil music being played throughout, which was a nice—and thoughtful—touch. It also had more amenities than expected like beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons, extra bikes, scooters for the kids, outdoor games, and beach bags in every room. The location is great, too. It is near lots of great restaurants, an urgent care facility and of course the most beautiful beach. This is a top-notch rental, and we plan to be back in the spring!

Beautiful House! Nice pool! That's all!!

Access to beach very disappointing! VERY inconvenient, especially with small children!! We killed 8 roaches (1 on my SIL's neck), 1 huge spider!! Never got hot water in bath by bunks Dust bunnies everywhere! My daughter cleaned the disgustingly dirty vacuum! Unfortunately I can't recommend this place and we will not be staying there again!!

The home is big enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably I would say. We used every area of the home. The covered sitting area outside, oh my, you will not regret renting this home. How clean was it. Very clean, one of my main concerns, turned out not to be a concern. Issue-it is not as close to the beach as I would have liked. The closes entrance is Eastern Lake and you have to cross a lake to get to the beach. It wasn't that bad but my guest frowned upon it. So we ended up going to Grayton beach, which was fantastic.

The inside was very tidy. We had plumbing issues and the microwave wasn’t working. The service request was prompt but they either enter without you being home or we had to leave what we were doing to meet the crew a few times which was not convenient. The home is lovely on the inside. The patio furniture is very tired looking and dirty. With all that being said, we did love the outdoor space which is where we spent much of our home time at.

My little boys loved the bunk room. The gorgeous master is on the 3rd level (rest of bedrooms on 1st) so we couldn’t use that room since it was so separate from kids room. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella in garage were very appreciated. The neighborhood pool is lovely and quiet. The beach access was challenging with little ones because Eastern Lake access wasn’t passable due to the lake water coming all the way to stairs. So we chose to drive to Grayton beach, Inlet beach and public Seagrove beach. Overall we had a very nice stay after the wifi issue was resolved. Highly recommend home. Plan ahead for beach if you have little ones.

June at the beach

We liked the house very much, especially the main floor. Living room, kitchen and eating area had an abundance of space, our favorite was was the covered outdoor living area over the garage this was a very enjoyable area (we do think it would be nice to screen in this area, it would keep the bugs down). Crows nest was kinda cool but can't really see much from there. House was well stocked, we cooked in a number of times, bikes were very nice to have and the beach chairs and other beach equipment was nice as well. Neighborhood is very nice and security gate keeps traffic down inside. Swimming pool facilities are nice and very convenient, including bath rooms. We found it best to go cul de sac with beach access .4 miles to west by car and drop people, chairs, coolers etc. off at beach then drive back to house and that person would take a bike to the beach where there is facilities to lock it up, literally a 3-4 minute bike ride and reverse the process upon leaving. A couple of restaurants within 5-10 minute walk and a few moore at about 20 minutes, however these and more pretty darn close by car. Seaside is neat and you should go but busy and lots of traffic, we preferred to stay east nearer house. Would be nice to have had better instructions on how to work tv, we travel a lot and all are set up and connected differently. First week of June was pretty humid, just fyi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start, the home was beautiful and in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet gated location. Every detail was thought of to make guests feel at home. We were surprised by the garage full of beach chairs, beach wagons, coolers and toys. No need to buy or bring any. The beds were so comfortable. It was supplied with extra blankets and pillows. Even supplied with cute beach bags to carry towels etc. The golf cart was a plus, it was our main form of transportation. It did break down twice while on 30a leading us to have to push it off the road and leave it until replacement. Once it broke down at 8p and wasn’t replaced until 1p the following day. The second time it broke down, it only took about an hour to an hour and a half for replacement. We used the bikes daily. I think the only draw back to this homes location is beach access with parking. You have to go to the beach early to be able to get a parking spot because parking is so limited. The beach access was too far of a walk for us with all of our things and young children. A beach access 1.7 miles away seemed the best for our group. Less crowded. There is several closer accesses that have bike parking only. We enjoyed those for morning walks. Overall it was a great week!

Family vacation

The house was clean, beautiful and had everything our group of 11 needed. The ride to the beach was short and we checked out a few different beaches each day. The community pool wasn’t too busy and the kids enjoyed it during down times. All the nearby beach areas are all wonderful and this vacation home was just what we needed.
