Fantastic 2 bedroom (Sleeps 6) 2 1/2 bath, townhome on 30A with beach access across the street! Townhome is extra spacious with open floor plan and high ceilings, conveniently located to the 30A beach life!
Do not worry about anything with fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy the one of two community pools directly in front of unit! Within walking distance to popular Gulf Place for coffee, restaurants, and shopping.
We welcome #snowbirds at a discounted rate for the months of November through February. Reach out to us today for a quote on a monthly rate. (60 day min required)

*Second Floor Living area overlooks the pool and has a 55" TV
*1/2 Bath off the Kitchen

A Wonderful Place to Stay!!!

My fiance and I visited from Colorado to escape the snow for a few days and we could not have been happier with our stay! The property is either brand new or newly renovated with great finishes, new appliances, and amazing furniture (we actually pulled up the sheets to see the brand of mattress as we both loved it!). We were very comfortable our entire stay! The real selling point however is the location! The beach is right there with a very short walk. It is easy to get back and forth from the beach to the condo. We did not use the pool as we were there for the sand but the pool is very nice and very easily accessible. We really wished we had brought our tennis rackets as there is a private court for the condos. The hosts are also extremely helpful and kind! We will certainly be making this visit again!!!
