Gorgeous, updated beach house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths steps away from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the amazing Grayton Beach. Our home is newly renovated/furnished with a large, heated saltwater swimming pool and is within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants.

The comfortable, remodeled beach home provides a one of a kind floor plan that allows for kids and parents to have their own space. Relax in the large living room or porch and have the kids play in the bonus room with a TV for movies and a TV for gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Lots of room for everybody!

The house features 3 large porches, one on each level. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach from the upper porch. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - 2 br & 2 baths on the main floor and 2 br and 2 baths on the second floor. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a (maximum of 8 adults) with 2 kings, 2 fulls, 2 sets of twin bunks and a LoveSactional that may be converted to a queen bed.

*** All renters MUST be 25 years of age and an occupant in the home during your stay

* Saturday to Saturday (7-day) rentals only from March through August, unless approved by management.

* October - April the pool may be heated at the request of the guest for an additional $200 for a 1 week stay.
*The Pool Heater requires 24 hours to reach the desired temperature of 83 degrees.
*Please let us know prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated and we will add to your reservation.

We loved our stay here. The house was within short range walking distance to the beach. We the pool was great for hot days where we didn’t want to carry all our gear to the beach. The house had basic spices and cooking supplies, laundry detergent pods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach gear. Host was very communicative.

Family Vacation

One of our all time favorite vacation rentals! The pool is amazing...and so is the house. Photos really don't do it justice. The kitchen was nicely stocked and easy for several "cooks" to navigate during meal preparations. Lots of drink storage with the extra fridge, and plenty of room at the dining table for our whole family to gather. The bedroom layout worked well for 3 couples with kids (nice bunk room!) and the extra living space at the back of the house was a godsend for early morning cartoon watching. Very easy walk to the beach (and close enough to return during the day for cooler refills). Family is already talking about returning next year!

Lovely quiet beach

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

..beautiful home with alot of space for our large family to spread out

..tasteful decor with abundant amenities and the most well thought out stocked kitchen we have ever had in any rental! The pingpong table was a fun extra and the pool was just wonderful!! Its just a few minutes to the beach! The owner definitely aimed to please! Every time we texted her with any question or request she immediately responded. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect family getaway location

We have been the Grayton Beach area several times in the past and have stayed at different homes. This was the best by far. Ronee is the perfect host and very responsive. The home has everything you need, has plenty of space, has a great pool and is just a great space for a larger family. The walk to the beach is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet. Wonderful beach house with everything needed!

We loved the location of the home and all of the attention paid to the little “extras”..(nice beach supplies, everything imaginable supplied in the kitchen, cleanliness etc.). Communication was fast and easy. The pool area was wonderful and our kids loved the screened in ping pong area! Walking to the beach was short and easy. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the bike trails and grayton beach state park. The home was the perfect place to meet up with friends and spend a week in the water!

This beach house is beautifully maintained with great space for large or multiple families of all ages. Grayton offers beautiful beaches, good food and a low key atmosphere. Property is owned by gracious host house is well stocked with everything you need. We hope to return.

Best rental experience!

Best experience we’ve ever had renting a house. The house itself is beautiful, well laid out. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants like Red Bar. The pool is terrific, we spent so much time there. The thing that makes this house REALLY special is Ronee. She’s incredibly thoughtful and efficient. A nice welcome basket including a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Even when there was a problem, Ronee was terrific. A contractor working next door cut a cable and we lost Wifi/TV for a while. Ronee was all over it. Sent the property manager right away, got the WiFi company contacted quickly, and solved the problem. Then she had someone bring us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to apologize for our troubles. Truly exceptional customer service!

Perfect house and host!

We had the most lovely stay! I can't say enough. The host Ronee was BEYOND helpful and ensured our stay was seamless! Communication A++. The home had what we needed from beach towels to kitchen spices. We cook a lot and she had all the pots, pans, cutting boards etc. The pool was great and used by all! It was also really helpful flying in and there being chairs and a beach tent for us to use. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants, AJ's, Red Bar, the general store etc. Highly recommend Grayton and this home!

Week of Sea La Vie Memories

This property has it all! Location, updated amenities and a VERY attentive hostess, Ronee! This is our family’s 3rd year in Grayton and this home was a week we will never forget. Perfect for Families

Our family had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie! We love Grayton Beach and Sea La Vie was the perfect house for us. The house is roomy, clean, and comfortable, and Ronee greets you with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with some special treats! She also provides all the essentials, such as paper products, cleaning items, beach chairs and towels. You will find all the kitchen items you need - plenty of pots and pans, and also Tupperware to easily store any leftovers. The pool area is large and beautifully landscaped. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and the Gulf was sparkling! If you want a stress-free vacation in a beautiful well-maintained home, you should definitely consider Sea La Vie.

Grayton Beach vacation

5 adults and a one year old spent a week at this property. Great location, very clean and open. The pool was key after spending time on the beach. There is a grill for cooking outdoors and ample parking. Ronee (owner) was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We determined upon arrival that one of the pool umbrellas was broken. Sent her a text and 2 days later a new one showed up. 30a area in general is pretty crowded, but Grayton is just enough off the beaten path to not feel overwhelmed by the number of people. We enjoyed the stay and loved the house. We will return.

Slice of Paradise

We rented this wonderful home for our family summer vacation. We had 3 couples and four kids ages 8 to 18. Honestly, we can’t think of one thing we didn’t like ! The layout was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the two living room/ TV areas. The kids loved the ping pong area. There was PLENTY of parking and the pool was delightful. We have rented many summer vacation homes all over Florida but this one was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, paper products and the kitchen had everything you could want, right down to an electric juicer ! We love Grayton Beach and we love this house. We will definitely be back !

Amazing!

First I want to say how great Ronee is- so considerate, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The home is roomy, comfortable, immaculate, beautiful, with artistic beachy touches. We were a family group of adults and young kids - the pool was a definite plus as some weather events had the ocean pretty stirred up. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and is so amazing. The neighborhood is very peaceful. If we ever are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Our trip was amazing and we are already planning the next time we can come stay here! The house was perfect for our group! The location is great
 short walk to the beach, off the beaten path, and still close enough to get to shops and restaurants with just a short walk/bike ride/drive. Best VRBO Ever!

Fabulous! There were 6 of us and it was perfect. Stocked with everything too including spices, and all kinds of basics (laundry supplies, bathroom basics, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) so we didn't have to buy them and throw them away. Loved this place and will be back.
