Steps to 30A & beach with all the comfort of home including a washer & dryer!

Dogwood Dunes is our home away from home and we hope it becomes yours! Please come relax in this newly renovated and glamorously designed condo with a washer and dryer in the unit! Dogwood Dunes sleeps six with an adjustable, king size bed in the bedroom, two XL twin bunks large enough to for an adult to comfortably sleep and a queen pull out sofa. We also provide our guests with linens including bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach equipment including a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler, beach toys and more! For those interested in renting bikes to travel to Seaside, Watercolor or other nearby beaches Big Fish Bike Rentals offers all our guests a discounted rate on bikes and baby gear rentals through your stay.
For indoor entertainment, we provide our guests with YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu on both TVs. The bedroom TV also has local cable television channels. Google home is located in the den and bedroom. Just say, "Hey Google" for daily weather reports, songs, joke of the day and more! Additionally, there is a wide variety of books, DVDs and games located in the den cabinet.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped views of Beachwood Villas property from our second story porch. Our condo is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwood Villas public beach access, meaning there is only a four minute walk between you and the beach! This affordable vacation home will not leave you wanting for more.

Condo was lovely and we enjoyed several days at the beach, riding bikes and eating at lovely nearby restaurants. Everything was just as described, the kitchen was well appointed and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and how quiet it was. We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was excellent—very clean and fully equipped. All the utensils, pots, and pans were of great quality, and I had everything I needed to cook comfortably. The beds and linens were also top-notch—very comfortable and of high quality.They provided plenty of cleaning supplies, which we really appreciated. The beach access was incredibly convenient—less than a 5-minute walk from the property. The only suggestion I would make is to update the balcony furniture, but overall, everything else was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Condo was fine. Only access to the beach is stairs and/or long ramps. This is not fun with a wagon full of beach gear. Also, this beach slopes a lot and is not good for walking.

Great location, great property

Thanks for such a fun stay. Super clean, super convenient, we have stayed twice and each time was wonderful. Great for a couple or family with small children. Walk to the beach is quick and safe with public beach access just across 30A.

Great Place!

This was the perfect spot for my family and I during our spring break trip. It was close to the beach and everything else as far as shopping and eating! Just grab some bikes! The place was clean, pools were nice, beds were comfy and my kids enjoyed playing some tennis. The host contacted me right when we got there with any questions I had. You will not be disappointed! My family and I will be back!

This is second time staying at this property. Everything you need is provided. It’s the perfect spot, only a couple minutes walk from the beach. The on property amenities are great too! If you’re looking for the perfect spot, this is your place.

Great place!

This was a great condo in a great location. It had great furnishings and all the little things, such as blankets, plenty of dishes and silverware, and coffee filters. It also had plenty of trash bags, breach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The outside balcony is great with plenty of cozy furniture. I highly recommend this place. The host was also very responsive to all my questions. I will be back.

Quaint Condo in Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Best “Stay” Ever

Thoroughly enjoyed this space along 30A, and can't say enough positive things about the host. She made sure that I had everything that I could possibly need to enjoy my stay. The space was everything I expected and was very close to the beach. Really appreciated how clean the home was and the personal touches by the host to ensure that I had an absolutely fabulous time. If you're coming to this beach, this is the place to rent. Will definitely rent it again!
