Accommodating up to 36 guests with 6 King Beds, this exquisite 7-bedrooms 7 Full Bathrooms and 2 half Bathrooms. This home offers ample space for both family and friends to relax and unwind. 1 minute walk to Dothan Beach Access with very small crowds all year round. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi Spa. Perfect Location and easy beach access

We’ve frequented 30A for the past 12 years and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. Plenty of parking and easy beach access made it an enjoyable walk for the little ones. The floor plan made it comfortable for everyone to have ample space, and the 1st floor entertaining area with pool access was perfect.

The house was great!Please be more clear when garbage pickup is scheduled.The home entertainment system (audio) should work.The controls for the pool and spa are outdated.The railing in the front entrance was broken.We would stay here again.

Great stay

The property was amazing and the management team was great. I was worried about the pool temperature complaints by the previous reviewers but it was not an issue for us. There were small issues that were addressed by the management as I pointed it out to them, they should have addressed them ideally before we got there. There were lots of roaches which was the only thing they didn’t address even though they said they would send the exterminator. Holidays could have played a role in it but that’s why I gave a 4 on cleanliness. The spa had lot of beach sand in it even on the first day we got there, we showered outside before getting in the pool but it didn’t help. Requested the maintenance guy if he could have the pool maintenance guy come out and address it, he said he will speak with his boss and nothing was done about it. We put the trash out every day and noticed that the trash was not picked up anytime.

House was great. Large lots of common area for people to gather and relax. Descriptions said heated pool and hottub. Pool never reached 88. Hottub / spa never reached over 88. Reached out to management all weekend, some communication back and they did show up. But no results. It was poor weather and a hottub would have made the trip. Disappointed

Great house management needs work

The house is great, some suggestions
 Another full size fridge on 1st floor, that’s a lot of people and only one fridge for food Don’t lock the reset panel in the lock closet for the tablet that controls the pool, we had to call daily for them to come out because it kept disconnecting and wanted us to reset it and we couldn’t Get the trash days correct
I got two different emails with 4 different days
when we arrived all 4 trash cans were full and no one came Monday to pick them up, called Tuesday and still no one, finally Wednesday someone came and emptied 2 trash cans that we immediately filled back up and still had multiple bags of trash in the house because we didn’t want to leave them on the ground outside, Thursday they came and emptied all 4 which we filled up by Friday night due to not having all trash cans emptied when we got there so Saturday when cleaning out the house we had to pile it all over the place just so we didn’t leave house with trash bags in it. Overall a great house
management is not super great though, hard to get things accomplished and we had to call everyday about something which makes it hard to enjoy your vacation. And it Is possible because we stayed at the exact same house next door last year with same amount of people and never had an issue with their management company, and this management company tried to tell me the other one was bad
