Villa by the Sea 76–Newly Remodeled–Sleeps 11

Gorgeous newly remodeled home in Palmeira Villas, an exclusive gated community located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on Hwy 30A. Beach access is right across the street. This home sleeps 11 comfortably and features four large suites, each with its own balcony and private luxury bath featuring soaking tub and separate shower. Three bedrooms are king suites, one is a bunk room with two queens and a full, and all are equipped with new TV's.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

There are many fabulous local restaurants nearby, such as Café 30A, Angelina's Pizzeria, Donut Hut, and The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market. Come experience Palmeira Villas and see what makes the 30A area world famous!

Villa by the Sea is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside and, in the other direction, the Old Florida Fish House! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants in 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. Enter through an 8-ft mahogany door into this exceptionally well-appointed home. Details such as 12-ft ceilings, soaring arched entryways, reclaimed heart pine floors, and the 3-story hardwood and wrought iron staircase will take your breath away!

Villa by the Sea features 4 Luxury bedroom suites, each boasting an ensuite bath. One master bath features a jetted tub with gorgeous, tiled shower and two of the baths feature lovely garden tubs. There is a half bath on the first floor.

This 4-bedroom, 4œ-bathroom vacation rental features:

Parking:

Parking is strictly limited to private driveways in this community. Parking in neighboring driveways or on the street is not permitted and will result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense. A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked in the driveway associated with this unit.

Due to the narrow streets and garbage collection contract with our HOA, parking is strictly limited to private driveways. Do not park in the street (nor in neighboring driveways) else your vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Please bag all trash before putting waste in the garbage cans. Keep lids firmly in place, as bears roam in this community.

Beach Access: The beach access for this home is the One Seagrove Public Beach access point, which is right at the end of the street.

Low Monthly Winter Rates Available! Snowbird Season runs November through February, monthly. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month).

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
