Constructed in 2015, the like-new residence encompasses over 2,100 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space spanning two levels.

Upon initial approach, the deep front porch leads into the living and dining areas adorned with shiplap accents, beamed ceilings, and oak flooring. The coastal flair is carried through the Chef's kitchen complete with a luxury appliance suite and ample cabinetry.

Synonymous with relaxation, the backyard with heated pool is bordered with lush vegetation and towering bamboo providing the utmost privacy. The home features a private outdoor shower.

- Parking available in private driveway. No street parking is allowed. Please only use designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning or towing.

- This is a smoke-free and pet free property. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of any security deposit, a $1000 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

- As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines.

- Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

- There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations.

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Amazing vacation house

We stayed here for spring break with our teenagers and their friends, and of course our dog. The house was lovely, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was an added bonus. Close to beach and restaurants. We loved having the bikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for our girls trip!

The house was perfect for our group of 5 gals. We found the house spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for talking in the living room or eating meals by the pool. The only caveat is that the pool looked a bit bigger in photos :) Wasn’t a problem for us, because we just went to the beach every day anyways (just a short walk or drive away!) We loved our stay and would stay here again

We had a great time, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more, the high chair and pack and plays helped a lot. Pool was great too! If I was the host I would have mentioned the nugget ice maker as an amenity for sure 😊 We LOVED that!!

What a comfortable home! Everything from the cozy linens to the best ice maker on earth! Convenient outdoor shower to wash off the sand from feet and full body that had enough hot water for all! The location was perfect wiith walking distance to shops, restaurants and trailhead to forest! . We appreciated the extras like the bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas. Great family trip and stay

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities that came with this house! We had 5 adults and 2 small children and it was a great size. We loved the pool, the space, the quiet street and especially the ice maker. We ended up renting a golf cart which was essential especially for beach access and the amount of things we needed to bring. One thing is that the beach access closest to the house has a small lake you have to wade through to get to the beach but once you’re through it’s a great beach. We appreciated the extra beach chairs, bikes, ice machine, extra towels and the black makeup towels in each bathroom. Also a very attentive host who FaceTimed me at 9pm to assist me with the door locks and the air condition. Thank you again!
