Great location! Very pretty house with such a great vibe to it. Well kept and clean. Spacious for our party of 9 with wide rooms and doorways - so open for all to be in one space for meals and games. The layout allows for privacy in rooms with each room having its own bathroom. AC as well functioning even though it was not really needed. Very easy walk to Watercolor Beach club, pools and beach. Bikes and golf cart made it even easier for the teens/adults to just go and get around when not wanting to walk. Two car garage stored our items so the house wasn’t messy with our coolers and such. For parking we fit an F350 full bed truck and 2 full size SUVs in the driveway.The kitchen had everything needed except pot holders for hot dishes coming out of the oven (used a towel). They even had a vase in one of the cabinets for our fresh flowers. Dishes and settings available made for a nice table setting for our Easter dinner. The teens loved the upstairs space for their own little living area along with the wrap around deck and furniture. We were able to live like we would at home which made our week easy! The only suggestion we have is a vacuum that works better. The carpet upstairs created a ton of dust balls and it was hard to keep vacuumed because the one on hand was not working well. Thank you so much for supplying a home that was comfortable, spacious and well prepared for an amazing vacation! Highly recommend this property.
