Large house located in a unique and unrepeatable position, just 30 meters from the Rena Bianca beach. In a 50's style, it has a large and bright living room with a fabulous view of the beach. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, kitchen, a utility room with toilet. Outdoor spaces guarantee perfect livability of the house outdoors, private path to reach the beach directly from the veranda. Internal private parking.
Every window in the house has a sea view.
Direct walk-down to the beach right from the outdoor patio.
Sheets and towels are not included, upon request at a cost of 20 euros per person per week with weekly change.
Tourist tax € 2.50 per person per night.

Great Family Get together

Family from Sydney Australia met with Family from France for a weel in the lovely Santa Teresa Di Gallura. It was a perfect house for the family - it had a short path directly to the beach and great views of the water from the house. I would definitely stay there again . The listing was accurate and showed pictures of the house. the only disappointing part was that we had to pay extra for linen because VRBO did not translate from Italian to English properly. I think that has been fixed now.
