From outside, there is access to a room with a pool table and an additional shower; stairs lead to the first floor. Here, there is another living room and three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, which share a bathroom. For safety reasons, children may only access the rooftop terrace under supervision. Air conditioning is available during set hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.<br><br>The property is large and completely fenced. A beautiful, mature garden with Mediterranean plants such as rose bushes, palm trees, and cacti invites you to relax. The large patio is ideal for children to play. The covered front terrace is equipped with a seating area. It’s a wonderful spot to lose yourself in your current favourite book. A table with chairs invites you to linger, and from here you can enjoy the view of the garden. The partially covered terrace near the pool also has a table and chairs. A grill is also available, so you won’t miss out on culinary delights. The pool (7.30 m x 3.50 m; depth: min. 1 m, max. 1.40 m) features a narrow sun deck with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower—the perfect spot to enjoy the long summer days.
