My stay was curiously inconsistent. Hotel itself was clean and modern, staff welcoming. Seems like they cater mainly to business travelers. Breakfast was great the first day, and then a little less so the next--as if I hit it right after the rush.The rooftop bar was fabulous--beautiful views, delicious drinks, friendly staff. My room on the 12th floor was also nice--great views, spacious. Not so great, however, being located on the floor below the rooftop terrace, and my room was situated right under the gym. Great amenity for travelers I know, but not great if someone is running on the treadmill at 11pm. Lots of potential gym noise if your room is at that end of the building. Also, I was impressed by the perk that they offer a free, small mini-bar during your stay, but apparently it was only for one day. I drank nearly all the water, and it was not replenished.

Check out policy is very poor! While the hotel was not fully booked, I requested a late checkout and I was willing to pay up 50% of for the late checkout but, front staff without speaking with me gave an ugly shake of his head and told the young lady attending my request a definitive NO. I reserved 4 single rooms and prepaid from 5, and 4 nights. The manager related to his staff they have no such policy! I had a 9pm flight and I had to leave the hotel at 2pm. Will not return to this hotel!

BAD SERVICE

When we arrived at the room, at night, it does not have toilet paper. It was requested and took a long time to deliver it. We tried to conect the cable TV, but after a long time, we discovered the cable TV was not working in the Hotel.... Really poor service.

Don’t stay here

Terrible stay. First of all, the air conditioning didn’t work, so my room was sweltering. Second, the plumbing in the bathroom obviously hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The smell from the pipe in the sink was so bad, it overpowered the senses even while in bed, far away from and outside the bathroom. The staff were as friendly as they could be, considering the circumstances.
