Amazing view from rooftop patio. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. There was a live acoustic band the evening we arrived. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Great location, quiet (I think the windows were sound-proofed, as there was construction happening literally within 20 feet of our third-floor room - and we didn't hear a thing), nice breakfast, great staff. They also did a nice job on our laundry.

The staff did not show sufficient care for our concerns regarding the smell of the room. The room smelt awful, and this was raised on two occasions and the solution proposed by the hotel. Staff was to spray Febreze in the bathroom. No investigation was done and nothing was offered to us in terms of compensation or moving up rooms.

Room was very clean and felt spacious and welcoming (we had the suite). The front desk staff were super friendly and spoke good English! There was a bad smell coming from the ventilation in the bathroom, but it was fine if we turned off the HVAC. Left the window open and it was a pleasant temperature the whole time. The pool was cold, but had an excellent room and felt nice to sit around.
