Great location. The room wasnt very clean, smelled moldy and had mold in the shower. Had no blackout drapes, was very hard to sleep with light right outside. Slow service at breakfast and did not have all the options listed. Kids were excited about the hot tub, however it was empty. Texted the concierge and never got a response. Hotels.com also promised complimentary bottle of wine at booking and there was none. Tv in the room is very limited cable box with spanish channels. respinse back

Loved the courtyard with the trees. The room was very quiet and comfortable, just wished they had toiletries for us, like toothpaste and shower cap. The staff is great and I would definitely stay again.

Expedia should never had this type of rating!!! The room needed much TLC! In the WC Faucet was loose, leeks everywhere and light was malfunctioning. Towels were old and teared. Terrible noise from the fridge, motors from water heater and surroundings. I don’t recommend this place!!!

Rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. the hotel was beautiful, staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Location in the colonial zone was fantastic, walked to everything. Would definitely stay there again when in Santo Domingo.

The room was fine, but the property does not have parking. The on-site parking referred to is on street and not reserved. The parking is limited and the streets are narrow and busy. We had to park a few streets away and walk for about 5 mins to get back to the hotel. I would suggest not coming with a car.

I enjoyed the safety features of needing a code to enter building. Unfortunately the Hot Tub was not functioning when I arrived. It seems the staff is stretched thin with multiple roles, sometimes resulting in slow response for service. The rooms are nice and large with good A/C. Very good location near El Conde.

Great location, even greater staff—friendly, responsive, attentive, and welcoming! Drinking water available 24/7 in hot, room temperature and cold temperatures. And breakfast cooked on site and to your order, all included in one reasonable price. If you are interested in seeing the colonial old town, this is the place to stay because it’s walking distance to just about any and all points of interest. The Light House is about the only POI that requires a short Uber ride. I’d definitely stay here again!
