The house is located very close to the centre of the island but away from the very busy tourist areas. They face the south-eastern side of the island close to local residential area of Vothonas. Looking towards the east one has a panoramic sea view and the island of Anafi can be seen. The house offer a pleasurable stay for the visitor in that they make use of renewable energy sources. Τhe use of energy - saving air cooling systems and passive solar heating ensures a minimal environmental impact and is less noisy. Rain water, that falls during the winter period, is collected and used for the swimming pool and the automatic watering of the plants and surrounding gardens. Cycladic architecture at its best! The swimming pool, and the private outdoor heated jacuzzi gives our guests the possibility of enjoying tranquillity in this particular area. However, only by driving 5 minutes, you will be in the Kamari beach, with all its attractions (many shops, bars and clubs, fine restaurants, etc).
A really good option for families up to 5 adults for having some good time together, and also for really demanding guests. The minimalistic style of furnishings and decoration creates a relaxed, warm and hospitable atmosphere for the visitor ensuring a pleasurable stay. There are two bedrooms with cork insulated beds, ecological mattresses and feather-pillows.
The house have two bathrooms equipped with bath towels, ecological shampoo and a hairdryer.
