Villa Ivi is a charming and cozy holiday home located in Megalochori, near the quaint square characterized by its Venetian architecture, under the church of Agios Anargyros with its wonderful bell tower, far from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia and it ensures a peaceful and sought-after stay.
Villa Ivi consists of two bedrooms and it benefits of a strategic position sheltered from the Cycladic winds; it features cool vaulted interior, with painted blue doors and a lovely, private cobbled courtyard.

Olive trees in large terracotta pots add a lovely atmosphere as you enter and the outdoor heated Jacuzzi is perfect to relax after a day spent at the beach.
Inside the villa offers the open-plan living area which comprises the lounge, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.

It has a spacious master bedroom, with high domed ceiling and view of the courtyard. A large bathroom, with modern amenities serves this bedroom.

The second bedroom is a guest house that has its own entrance from the courtyard. The double bedroom is of a comfortable size and through a few steps you can reach the en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Ivi is ideal for one or two couples or a small family looking for a private and tranquil retreat from which to explore the island.

Neighbourhood and surroundings:
Megalochori is a lovely village surrounded by vineyards located in the center of Santorini, with white painted houses, beautiful churches, narrow cobble alleys and a quaint atmosphere. It is a perfect starting point to explore the island. You can reach the best beaches of the island (Perivolos, Vlyhada, Red Beach) in a 10 minutes’ drive. At the same distance there is the capital (Fira). The village has excellent restaurant options from traditional local tavernas to more gourmet options. A local bakery, mini-market, hairdresser and supermarket are also available. You can also enjoy a visit to the local winery Gavalas for wine tasting (2 minutes distance from the villa).

Check-in: From 15:00; checkout: within 10:00 am.
Included in the rental price: daily housekeeping service, meet and greet upon arrival.
