Villa Tramountana is located in a new, beautiful holiday complex in Santorini. This private complex stretches over 6000 square meters and it is situated in the Santorini countryside, in a very quiet area, rather far from the center of the island.
For this reason a car is strongly recommended, even because there are not many connections by bus (twice a day) and it’s not easy to get taxis (especially during the peak of the season).
The property is surrounded by vineyards and farms and it is only 400 meters from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where there is also a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests have the possibility to taste fresh fish and local dishes.
From there you can enjoy amazing views of the Aegean Sea, of the surrounding farms and fields and of the islands of Anafi and Amorgos. The complex comprises 7 villas (in addition to the owners’ residence) with one, two, or three bedrooms and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a pristine nature in absolute tranquility (Fira town, with its nightlife and entertainments is 3 km far). The villas in this property can be rented all together, which is ideal for weddings, family gatherings, big groups of friends, or separately. Each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one) and large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities. Parking is available on the premises. The villas are built in a traditional way, using materials available in Santorini and other Aegean islands, such as marble, black stone, granite stone and wood and all of them are characterized by the highest quality of finishes, luxury bath products and fine bedding made of natural materials.

Villa Tramountana consists of 3 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons and it has a separate entrance from the road, with enclosed parking space.
The architecture is awesome; the views over the Aegean Sea magnificent, the outside area spacious and diverse, while the inside finishes of the house are of the highest standard.
The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern design pieces well blended with old pieces. The main entrance leads you into a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area, equipped with comfortable sofas, screen TV and sound system (with a selection of CD’s and DVD’s) and there is also a window overlooking the sea and a fireplace.
The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook and if you don't like cooking, you can ask for a personal chef to prepare a meal for you.

In detail the bedrooms are as follows:

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a rectangular bathtub and a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the village of Firostefani.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and round bathtub and it also offers beautiful sea views.

The third bedroom (loft) is located above the second bedroom and it has a low double bed.

Outside the villa features: unobstructed sea views, private pool and Jacuzzi, spacious sun decks, sun beds and umbrellas, two dining and lounge areas, fully equipped BBQ and shaded pergolas. Next to the property there is a garden rich of plants and seasonal vegetables at guests’ disposal.

Neighborhood and surroundings
Santorini is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque islands in the Mediterranean. It is one of the Cycladic islands and it rests on an ancient volcano.
Among the attractions of the island there are its unique, traditional villages perched on the cliffs of the caldera.
Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.
Fira is the capital of Santorini and is a small village with characteristic paved alleys where the colors of the white of the houses, the blue of the doors and windows and of the domes of the churches dominate. Fira is located in the western part of the island, 10 kilometers from the main port.
Vourvoulos is a small, quiet village located on the north east part of Santorini, about 4 km from the capital Fira.It is a peaceful settlement that has to offer carefree moments away from the hustle and bustle.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
All travelers need to pay an “overnight tax” of 7 euro per villa,per night upon their check out.

A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.

The rental price is inclusive of:

All travelers need to pay an “overnight tax” of 7 euro per night upon their check out. The above mentioned rates do not include this tax. The Hotel will charge and receive the relevant amount directly from the guests
