Great - except for loud music all day long
Perfect location. Could walk to the Thermas water park, as well as local restaurants. The complex also includes a small mall with a great food court, ice skating rink and a Burger King. It was nice to be able to leave the car parked in the underground garage instead of in the hot sun. The property is a mix of apartment buildings and hotel rooms. Two buildings are still under construction. The rooms were very spacious, by Brazil standards, and included two AC units. My only complaint would be how noisy it was from 9 am till dark they would set up a big PA system on chairs in the middle of the pool area and blast loud music, intermixed with various announcements and games. I understand that they want to make things entertaining, but it was often so loud you could hardly talk to anyone, and since the pools are right in the middle of everything, the sound rises up into the rooms. I’d recommend that they save the loud DJ part for a few hours in the afternoon and the rest of the time just play something cheery and peaceful from small speakers around the pool area. One wants a little peace on a vacation.

Hotel bom, mas pode melhorar
Hotel novo mas com alguns detalhes simples de falta de cuidado. Cama confortável, mas apenas 3 travesseiros, estavamos em 4. Toalha a mesma coisa. Foi solicitado na recepção, mas ainda não recebi. Recreação muito boa, comida gostosa e farta (Café da Manhã e Janta). Dificuldade para subir com carrinhos pois elevedores estão sempre cheios.

Uma agradável estadia
Os quartos eram bons, camas boas, senti falta de televisão. em alguns dias sentimos cheiro forte de lixo nos corredores. a arrumadeira disse que a arrumadeira da tarde não retirou o lixo que ficou todo estocado numa salinha. A área das piscinas bem agradável, no restaurante no café da manhã nossas sandálias ficavam prendendo no chão devido à líquidos derramados.

Não realizavam limpeza diariamente, nem trocaram roupas de cama e banho, sem estrutura para grandes volumes estacionamento não comporta todos os hóspedes, elevadores quebrados Dos que ficamos em Olímpia foi o pior

Vamos lá... tenho certeza q aqui é um local polêmico: vc pode amar ou detestar. Viajei com meu filho de 12 anos. Ele simplesmente amou. Portanto, eu fiquei feliz tmb. (Ele fez tantos amigos que eu prolonguei minha estadia em mais 3 dias pq ele não queria ir embora). Em uma opinião adulta, posso dizer q o estabelecimento está longe de ser um resort. E muito menos 5 estrelas. É somente um condomínio com piscinas, lojas e equipe de animação. Em resum: É um local lotado. Cheio de crianças. Gritaria. Diversão. Piscinas lotadas que ficam com uma camada de protetor solar por cima da água (achei nojento). A comida é razoável. Os atendentes são educados e prestativos. Os apartamentos são confortáveis, mas não há nenhum utensílios na cozinha. Os hóspedes são, basicamente, famílias com criancas. Se eu voltaria? Com certeza! Mas só se o objetivo do passeio fosse viajar com crianças. Em outra hipótese, escolheria outro ambiente.
