Alocaram em quarto errado e tivemos dificuldade em ajustar. Transporte pro quantto nao segue o que fala de sair a cada 30 minutos e sim sempre que se ocupa todo os bancos. Metade da familia foi no primeiro e o restante teve que aguardar 25 minutos ate completar o proximo transporte.

O atendimento é perfeito, deixaram eu fazer check in antecipado e nos trataram muito bem. Mas tivemos problemas com l chuveiro e de final de semana enche demais fica bem difícil de achar lugar na piscina, então dá próxima só irei de dia de semana.

adoramos o hotel, estrutura, alimentação, localização. a parte ruim apenas e que dentro do enjoy tem uma empresa chamada wan que tem diversos vendedores de cota de multipropriedade e ficam te abordando insistentemente dentro do hotel desde a chegada, entrada ou saída de restaurante, salão de entrada do hotel, toda hora tem alguém abordando, precisam rever isso, pois foi muito chato essas abordagens frequentes e insistentes.

Café da manhã abaixo do esperado com poucas opções para o porte do local. O tempo todo sendo abordados por vendedores de cotas dentro do próprio hotel, que mesmo verbalizando que não queríamos, seguiam insistindo. É bem importuno estar em uma viagem de lazer e ter que perder tempo com algo que não temos interesse. No geral, atendentes bem educados e instalações em boas condições.
