Para mim que fiquei sozinho, achei bem completo e perto do centro, a uma quadra da praça da república, porem o black-out do quarto acredito que poderia ser melhor (que tampe roda a janela) e a ducha higiênica tbm poderia melhorar, do resto gostei demais do apartamento poderia compra-lo se tivesse grana kk

A acomodação é muito boa e bem localizado. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a questão da limpeza. Quando cheguei o chão estava melando, tanto que fiz uma “faxina” em todo apartamento. A cortina da cozinha estava toda engordurada. A cama está cheio de buracos e acaba não sendo tão boa. Mas o custo é benefício vale a pena.
