Iluminação direta muito ruim, com leda potentes, muitos deles quebrados e mal direcionados. Parecia um estádio com os holofotes nos olhos. A mesa de centro era um convite a acidentes: o tampo estava totalmente solto, sem nenhum parafuso.

Terrible experiencia de check in, las instrucciones no son claras, todo está en Portuguese y la ubicación no coincide, el lugar es una torre de departamentos NO UN HOTEL, no tuve internet todo el viaje y por mas veces que lo reporte nadie me dio una solución, es más dejaron de contestarme. Cuando viajas a otro país de negocios es vital contar con internet

Apartamento bem projetado e funcional, confortável e limpo. Condomínio bem equipado, com academia, piscina, quadra de squash e espaço de coworking. Excelente localização, próxima à Faria Lima. Faltando talheres (apenas 01 garfo e 01 faca), xícaras, pratos e copos. Poderia disponibilizar itens básicos, a exemplo de papel toalha.

Chegamos no local após o horário de check-in (15h00), sem a informação sobre o número do apartamento e senha para acesso. Esperamos mais de 20 minutos para termos a informação. O condomínio é impecável. Excelente localização, equipe atenciosa. Apartamento SEM internet, com este detalhe omitido das informações. Informam que a unidade é SEM estacionamento, mas não citam que é SEM internet.
