Studio on augusta

The entire process was made easier by Rose. It does not work like in the US. For example the full address is not provide til the check in time. Hard to understand but I believe to be for security. The building has 3 doors to get in and no key is provided. But they do have a doorman. The place was clean and well organized but very small. The location is the portrait of a large city. All kinds of people. The place is located on the lower part of Augusta. And lots of bars. But did not feel unsafe. As you walk up towards paulista avenue the place gets cleaner and less sketchy. There are lots of nice museums and shops. There is a gorgeous park down the street that was a good relief for our dogs that we brought from the states. The building has a pool and an area for your pets to go potty. The staff of the building was very polite and were kind to us.

Contacte con la anfitriona, preguntando si podia ir antes.Me comento que iban a limpiar y lo antes posible liberaba el apartamento.Pregunte si podia ir y esperar, etc...fui, no me dejaron entrar siquiera al edificio. Intente de muchas maneras contactar la anfitriona via wp via llamada telefonica, mis hermanas desde Brasil ligando por telefono y el portero igual. No hubo respuesta de parte de la anfitriona.luego de esperar casi 1 hora sin siquiera poder entrar al edificio, al aire libre, reserve un hotel y me fuirealmente, la atencion fue un desastre. nunca mas entro a esa plataforma.

Excelente localização

Adorei a localização, supermercado ao lado, amei também a ducha do apartamento. Tive um problema com ar condicionado, mas logo entraram em contato para manutenção. Uma lâmpada do corredor próximo a cama e da pia estão com mal contato, por isso, às vezes não funciona. Poderiam colocar mais duas cadeiras.
