Estadia tranquila, com algumas ressalvas. O acesso não é por faceID e isso as vezes pode demorar, pois o porteiro muda o tempo todo e demora a identificar o hóspede que fica do lado de fora aguardando/dando informações repetidas vezes. A tábua do sanitário da nossa unidade estava rachado e isso foi um incômodo durante toda estadia. Para estadias longas(6 dias)a empresa que administra o imóvel não libera roupas de camas/ toalhas extras o que é complicado visto que a mesma toalha por 6 dias não é nada confortável ou justo. A localização é realmente muito boa, as unidades de metragens maiores são bem satisfatórias e silenciosas.

A localização é excelente. Cheguei proximo da meia-noite e não tinha água quente para o banho. Solicitei ajuda e trocaram o quarto apenas na tarde do outro dia. As instalações boas, mas muito barulho p dormir, pois sem isolamento para a rua. A comunicação é apenas por WhatsApp. Impessoal.
