Great Hotel in Santo Andre

The room was good, and as described. The staff were very nice and service oriented. The breakfast was great and sufficient. The room service was fine, nothing bothered me. The service and hospitality of the staff checking us in was great. They were helpful and very accommodating.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had a couple of great days - it just needs more consistency to become great everyday. Pipes need some fixing in the bathroom as sometimes you can smell drainage from them.

O hotel tem muitos pontos positivos, é espaçoso, tem um ótima ducha, o banheiro espaçoso. Mas não conseguimos descansar como desejavamos. Devido nossa rotina de trabalho, ou seja, trabalhar a noite e descansar durante o dia, o hotel não se demonstrou silencioso. Para conseguir dormir, decidi ir na farmácia próxima e comprar um protetor auricular. Mesmo estando num andar mais alto era possível ouvir o som de todos os carros passando na rua, além da região estar próxima a hospitais e obviamente, haviam constantes sirenes de ambulâncias. Dentro do hotel, nos dois dias de hospedagem por diversas vezes havia a equipe de limpeza trabalhando nos quartos com um aspirador extremamente barulhento e além disto, batiam tanto bocal de piso do equipamento nas paredes que dava a sensação que queriam demolir o apartamento, quase impossível conseguir dormir entre 8h e 11h. Outro ponto que poderiam melhorar é em relação a quem vai com carro próprio ou alugado. Seria importante repensarem como um carro deve ser devolvido a um viajante. Existe área plana em frente a porta da recepção. Como foi nossa experiência: O manobrista entregou o carro numa rampa, longe da porta de saída da recepção. Não foi possível avançar com o carro na rua, porque prejudicaria o trânsito. Para um pedestre que estiver caminhando no local ele é obrigado a andar na rua, que é movimentada, já que a frente do carro invade toda a calçada. Enquanto carregava as malas, por diversas vezes eu via e ouvia os pedestres recl

Tínhamos uma reserva de 3 dias no hotel para outra data, cancelamos!

Incrível

Em primeiro lugar, não existe a possibilidade de não falar do atendimento de todos da recepção e do restaurante. Sempre com sorriso no rosto e com uma simpatia incrível. O Leandro da recepção é aquela pessoa que não precisa se esforçar para ser simpático porque é dele ser uma pessoa agradável. O quarto é enorme e tanto a cama quanto os travesseiros são deliciosos. Tudo tem o cheiro muito agradável. A academia não possui muitos equipamentos, mas dá para fazer um bom treino de força e um excelente cardio. Tivemos a possibilidade de checkout late. Amei o café da manhã.

De forma geral é um bom hotel, mas o anuncio deixa informações das entrelinhas. Estacionamento por exemplo, fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança pois não estava claro na contratação via Hoteis.com. Outro fator foi o atendimento na recepção, não fomos bem atendidos, check-in demorado e a moça foi meio grossa. No checkout tentaram cobrar mais diárias de estacionamento dos meus amigos que que estavam comigo no meu carro. No quarto só tinha uma toalha, mesmo tendo reservado quarto duplo. Então se for reservar para duas pessoas, já pede mais toalha na chegada, ou vai precisar pedir na hora do banho!
