Full farm, large, elegant, great location, just 40 km from São Paulo, between the towns of Mairiporã Atibaia and famous for its trails and ecological areas. Access the Highway Fernao Dias.

Complete leisure for the whole family or groups of friends: Soccer field, sports court, swimming pool, 2 grills, one at the top and one at the bottom at the pool area and courts.
Large outdoor area of ​​the house with wood stove and dining table for over 12 people. It has two lakes (only sport fishing), vegetable garden, fruit trees and garden with fountain. Room 4 environments and fireplace. The house has two TVs 47 "and 29". Games room with several table games and a prayground area for children.

Remarks: It can not be SOUND loud after 10pm. The lights on the tennis court will be off at 11pm. Cleaning fee is $ 150.00. Forbidden car sound.

Alugamos o recanto para um encontro de amigos (20 pessoas) no final de semana. A casa acomodou confortávelmente todos os convidados, mtas suítes e areas de lazer. Há necessidade de algumas manutenções, simples, mas fazem diferença. A lâmpada do closet de uma das suítes estava queimada, os chuveiros das suítes do andar superior, precisam de reparo, pois sai pouca água, uma das beliches estão balançando muito, o que gera insegurança de quem dorme nela. Mas de modo geral, foi muito bom nos hospedar na chácara, Se. Waldir, sempre responde de forma rápida nossas mensagens, o casal de caseiros, Tancredo e Taís são extremamente simpáticos e agradáveis.
