Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.



Note: It is MANDATORY to submit a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access. Failure to submit a photo within these specifications may prevent guests from accessing the property.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.



No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. and our check-out time is before 11 a.m. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
