I had a really great stay and I would both stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had great Italian food for dinner. Great location (right off Paulista), very walkable and close to transit. Room and premises were clean and modern. No complaints, very happy with my experience.

This hotel is great value. The location, rooms, breakfast are all wonderful, but the staff is the best part! The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were fantastic. They were all so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. Especially Ananda, the guest experience manager. Not only did she check on me multiple times throughout my stay, but she also went above and beyond to help me locate a Brazil National futbol/soccer team jersey. Not so easy to find. She researched several places and phoned them as well. When she located one, she then sent me pictures with the exact address etc of where I could find it. I very much appreciated her assistance. The entire team at this hotel is better than you will find at most 5 star hotels around the world. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The Junior Suite is AMAZING!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend. We chose the Junior Suite which I highly recommend if you want a special experience. The room was large and very quiet. The bed & linen were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and large, and the large shower had a wonderful rain style shower head on the ceiling with great water pressure. The amenities were top score. Breakfast was AWESOME! Hotel and restaurant customer service were friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend!
