Pelo custo benefício, vale a pena. Tive que trocar de quarto pois o chuveiro não saia água quente e justamente naquela onde frio. imagine. Mas o senhor que estava na recepção foi muito solicito e fez a troca do quarto.

Um bom hotel, mas falta manutenção nos quartos.

Razoável pois, as tomadas eram antigas e eu precisava de uma de 3 pinos pra carregar um dispositivo, fui tentar ligar a recepção pra ver se tinham um adaptador, o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, tive que ligar do celular e não tinham o adaptador. O café da manhã estava bom mas acho que deveriam mesmo só fazer uma manutenção nos quartos.

Fiz minha reserva por Hoteis.com porem roda vez que chegava na recepção o funcionario vinha me cobrar dinheiro dizendo que o valor nao corespondia a diária. Mostrei o app e mesmo assim. Nao sei como funciona a questao de valor do app com o hotel porém deixei claro que nao ia pagar a mais alem disso fiz reserva para 11 dias no 10 o funcionario da recpcao disse que ja tinha acabado. Quando mostrei o app ele nao acreditou. Mandei um email para a gerência pedindo um pedidndo de desculpas pprque se nao ia entrsr com um processo contra danos morais e tentativa de extorsão. Me senri contrangido na frente de outros clientes hospedado no hotel e o funcionario ainda me destrstou.

O atendimento foi bom, o problema é que o hotel estava com muito cheiro de mofo, os cobertores estavam impossibilitados de serem usados. O café da manhã muito ruim, serviram q suo, bolo e pao. Hotéis com preço menores servem um café melhor. Só uma vez tomei café ...nem fui mais Sai com muita alergia , os quartos não tem limpeza correta

O site de reservas deveria ter uma equipe de avaliação propria pois essas informações podem ser manipuladas... O hotel não tinha sinal de internet confiável, o sinal era intermitente, o ar condicionado não funcionava direito e , o quarda roupa não pode ser usado pois estava muito mofado, fiquei deveras preocupado com o filtro de poeira, o quarto ate que era grande mas so tinha uma lampada em todo o quarto. Cortinas velhas e surradas nfoi bomão tinha tampa no vaso. O cafe da manha era bom e o atendimento dos funcionarios

Um hotel bom numa região não muito bem conceituada

Para um hotel simples, a simpatia dos funcionários compensa. No primeiro dia, verifiquei que não tinham arrumado o quarto, mas fui prontamente atendido pela arrumadeira. Existe um refrigerador que abasteci com bebidas. O café da manhã tem poucas opções mas não tenho nada a reclamar, por que me atendeu o que normalmente costumo comer. O quarto é amplo, por ser um hotel antigo, e tem uma sala com mesa e cadeira. A cama de casal para um quarto de solteiro valeu a pena. No banheiro senti falta de uma toalha de rosto, ainda bem que tinha levado uma. O wi-Fi funcionou todos os dias.

Café deixa a desejar

No geral a estadia foi boa. O quarto estava limpo e bem arrumado, com um banheiro aparentemente recém-reformado. O recepcionista que me atendeu foi bastante simpático, porém tive que esperar cerca de 1h para poder entrar no quarto pois o hóspede anterior excedeu o horário limite da estadia. Minha queixa maior é o café da manhã, que deixa a desejar em opções.
