100% of communication is via automated service/chatbot.
We requested early checkin, which wasn’t available, nor was the ability to hold our bags, and while totally understandable, we did, expect a 3p entry. We were told we would receive passcode 1 hr prior to checkin, however, even after multiple WhatsApp chatbot messages, didn’t receive. Luckily, we found a random guy onsite that helped us get in touch with someone for a code, because we didn’t hear back from the chatbot until almost 530pm (with an incorrect code). It took us almost an hour to get into the apt after check-in time.
One of the apartment curtains was also missing, so the afternoon sun was brutal. (Chatbox never even acknowledged that FYI).
Overall, the property was nice, but don’t expect helpful service.
