A estadia foi excelente e superou as expectativas. O estúdio para 2 pessoas com cozinha integrada ofereceu conforto e grande praticidade. A funcionalidade da cozinha integrada foi um grande destaque. A lavanderia compartilhada foi utilizada e funcionou perfeitamente, sendo um serviço muito útil. Nota 10 pela qualidade, limpeza e funcionalidade de todo o processo, desde a reserva até o checkout. Com certeza iremos considerar a opção em uma futura viagem.

O estúdio oferece conforto e excelente serviço de portaria, além de sua boa localização. Já alguns detalhes da limpeza do espaço colocaram em prova a confiança na qualidade deste serviço. No quarto tinham emaranhados de cabelo e poeira pelo chão, algumas partes dos móveis apresentavam poeiras, alguns itens da roupa de cama apresentavam odores de hóspedes anteriores, algumas áreas do banheiro também apresentavam indícios de uma limpeza duvidosa, como tampa do vaso, porcelanato, box.

Vale a pena, excelente custo benefício.

Quarto limpo, cozinha com equipamentos necessários para ajudar na estadia. Possui filtro de água. Chuveiro bom. Fomos em uma semana fria, então se preparar pq o quarto é bem frio, não pega sol. Possui uma padaria muito boa bem em frente.
