The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

The hotel itself was very good with clean rooms. We did have one issue during checkout. The elevators that give access to the lobby were not working so it was a bit cumbersome to get with the bags from the 18th floor to the car. Apart from that, the facilities are new and the location is very good, close to a major highway.

A very clean hotel all around, yet with very little in the way of amenities. The front desk staff was very accommodating. In a fairly remote location with not much to do outside the hotel locally. Connected to a small mall with a nice sports bar, The Burgers. Good food & drink, really nice staff.

Sem serviço de quarto 24 horas
Limpeza 100%. Oq eu não gostei do hotel é o fato de não ter serviço de quarto 24 horas. Eles tem a partir das 18:00. Tb servem café da manhã em um restaurante terceirizado dentro do edifício do hotel, mas não tem opção de pedir no quarto esse horário. Tb não contam com mensageiro. A facilidade é pq está ao lado de um shopping e da para pedir Rappi ou Ifood. Mas para quem gosta ou precisa contar com serviço de Quarto pode não ser o mais indicado.
