Imóvel de acordo com anúncio.
Imóvel aconchegante para, no máximo, 6 pessoas. Churrasqueira não é coberta, a noite, como choveu, fiz churrasco com guarda sol...muito inconveniente. O deck precisa de manutenção. Não dá para ir a pé para praia, especialmente se com crianças ou idosos. A praia de Barra do Sahy é excelente. A casa não oferece guarda sol e cooler, tinha apenas 2 cadeiras.

Condominio Village Petit Sahy
Condominio antigo, salao de jogos mau conservado, piscina boa, jardim bem cuidado, casa reformada em boas condições, wi-fi ok, Netflix e Sky. Muito distante das praias, não tem garagem ou estacionamento dentro do condomínio, acesso em rua sem pavimentação, na chuva, muito barro.

Casa impecável, com todos utensílios necessários ( só levar toalhas de banho e lençóis), ventiladores de teto, ar condicionado, TV a cabo com todos os canais , enfim o mesmo conforto que tenho em minha casa. Quanto ao anfitrião, sempre solicito e gentil. Localização excelente, bons restaurantes na redondeza. Segunda vez que aluguei esse imóvel. Indico e voltarei com certeza em outra época.

Deliciosa!
A casa é exatamente como o descrito no anúncio. Acomoda confortavelmente 5 pessoas. Para quem gosta de caminhar, dá para ir à pé ao Sahy ou à Baleia. Condomínio pequeno e familiar. O Vagner foi muito acessível e sempre respondeu prontamente às mensagens. Voltaremos certamente!

Boa casa em condomínio
Passamos 4 dias na casa, entre dois casais e 1 criança de 2 anos. Acomodou bem todos. O condomínio é com diversas casinhas geminadas, o que tivemos o azar dos vizinhos estarem entre muitos jovens fazendo barulho até de madrugada. O chuveiro poderia melhorar bastante; saem uns fios de água. Os 2 banheiros superiores estavam entupidos (água demorava pra descer); precisamos comprar um desentupidor para dar uma “melhorada”. A casa é pequena, mas boa. Com Sky, wi-fi e aconchegante. O checkout poderia ser um pouco mais tarde para poder aproveitar o dia da saída. O acesso à praia é fácil; dá pra ir caminhando uns 10 minutinhos. A água das torneiras tinha um cheiro forte e ruim, mas isso é meio comum em praias. Os colchões são bem finos e moles, podendo melhorar para maior conforto. Em geral foi uma boa estadia, podendo ser perfeita se melhorar alguns itens citados acima.

Atendeu plenamente nossa expectativa e objetivo!
A casa foi uma excelente opção para minha família que buscava uma estadia por um período de 10 dias e que precisávamos fazer home office, aula on-line e ainda poder desfrutar da piscina do condomínio e da praia, relativamente próxima (800 a 900m). O proprietário, muito atencioso e sempre a disposição!
