Love this hotel! Pool area is great with pool bar and hot tub in a tropical setting. Clean and comfy rooms. Walkable to Siesta beach (1 mile) and many restaurants. Free shuttle to beach. Have chairs and umbrellas you can borrow. Can rent a beach towel for $5! Continental breakfast. Only drawbacks: The hot tub spa is not working. The breakfast does not offer many choices.

The location was very practical and parking was not a problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating including those who picked up the phone and John at the front desk. The hotel is located off a commercial road so easy access to stores. The pool bar and pool was nicer than the photos and the bartender was very nice. The breakfast was good and plentiful and although they had coffee available 24/7, it just had no flavor. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it said it had a free beach shuttle. It was not. It was a man/business who they had an agreement with to take you over the bridge for free but would like a tip of $5 per person, which I understand. If you are a family of 4 however, that is $20 a trip each way and you have to call and schedule a pick up. It’s really no different than getting an Uber. That is different than a hotel shuttle who makes trips back and forth for free and a tip to the driver per trip, not passenger. I just thought that was very misleading in the hotel amenities description. We ended up driving back and forth instead to the beach but that is not what I wanted or planned on. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

Meh - wouldn’t stay again.

We chose because of the close location to family but it’s an older hotel that’s been redone. Bathrooms were definitely in need of more renovation and kids said it was creepy. Door didn’t latch without pushing/pulling closed. Breakfast was very minimal and the first day they only had cinnamon raisin or everything bagels. No plain!

Didn’t like the continental breakfast, it was primarily bagels & cereal. Everyone was trying to toast bagels took forever. Coffee was weak as tea. Come on guys it’s a Hilton not a hotel 8.

Upon booking reviews were great and is a Hilton hotel so we expected great things . However the staff was wonderful but the room had a musty smell, the pool towels were extremely small and stained , pool was dirty . Kids were running around in and out of the hot tub jumping in without paying attention to others around . Due to the smell , dirty pool and poor breakfast we made the decision to check out .

This was my first time staying at this hotel. On the first day, the bathtub was clogged, but the staff acted quickly and switched us to a different room right away. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The beach, restaurant, and shops were all very close by, which made everything super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you! 😊

I choose only chain hotels based on reputation. I am shocked that Hilton has their name on this. The staff was great, but this is NOT a Hilton. Also, the amenities were deceitful. There is no restaurant on site, it’s next door and there is no tiki bar, just a crummy pool bar barely stocked. Also, it is not walking distance to the beach unless you want to walk on a busy highway. Further there was no trolley stop here nor was there a free beach shuttle without calling and waiting. Their description made it sound like a trolley was waiting ready to take you. This was not the case. Again, deceitful in their description. We were super disappointed with the entire situation.

Lovely

It was a very nice hotel set near to the beach with nearby shopping facilities. It was quiet and the grounds especially around the pool reminds me of the island with the lush plants and almost tranquil scenery. You could not hear your neighbor in the next room, which is just a blessing. The day and night staff were excellent in dealing with guests and the caretaker of the breakfast and cafeteria area was very patient, accommodating and helpful.
