Great Place!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great pool, very clean, lots of shopping nearby
This hotel is very new and is beautifully landscaped. The inside decor is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Our room was so clean it almost squeaked. The staff had left a post it note that not only were the sheets clean for our arrival but also the duvet cover. I wish more hotels would do this. The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had at a hotel. They served scrambled eggs with ham & cheese, bacon, hash browns, blueberry waffles, homemade oatmeal (better than mine), assorted muffins, cereals, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and juices. This will definitely be our place to go whenever we are in Sarasota.

Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: not near area attractions beach or downtown
I usually like 4 to 5 star hotels and was reluctant to stay at the Hampton which had been recommended. However I was pleasantly surprised as this was the best hampton I have ever seen or stayed at. It was clean, modern, easy to check in and out and located near the highway and shops. A bit far from downtown and beach area, located more east but good value. Access to hotel a bit convoluted, its in the back of a shopping mall but signage is good. Breakfast was nice. Concessions near desk a bit pricey. Thumbs up!
