Are was clean along with room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast omelette was great. I can’t believe a sit down meal was almost as cheap than the quarter pound meal at McDonald’s the night before.

The shower turned off on me mid shower and wouldn’t come back on for hours. Called for towels they said they’d bring them up, went and got them myself from lobby two hours later because they never showed. Pool is nice. Quiet.

Shower head stopped working mid shower! I shivered in the cold until I was able to get water into the tub. Worst experience ever. Finish on vanity peeling. Door was difficult to open. The first 2 keys didn’t work after I drug 2 suitcases up to my room.

Came for an event that was happening at the property, decided to add a night to my stay prior to arriving to spend the following day at the pool and pool bar. Upon arrival found the pool was closed, but told it would be opening the following morning. We checked the pool the following morning and it was still closed, checked with front desk and they informed us that it was supposed to open sometime in the afternoon, but no solid time. Decided to check out before 11am and requested a refund for the second night. Cannot get a hold of anyone in management to approve the refund for the unused night. Not that they denied the refund, they simply ignored all emails and calls, from me and expedia. Never recommend or returning, very disappointing!

Nice facilities, pool, bar, restaurant, amenities and rooms for a fair price, plus an excellent staff. It being Memorial Day weekend the place was booked solid. What we did not appreciate was the rather low class element that populated it. For all of our future bookings we will look pay extra elsewhere to avoid such rude, crude and loud fellow guests.
