When we walked into our room there was lots of water on the floor, had to use 2 towels to get it up and a 3rd towel to leave on the floor to absorb the rest of the water. The chair in the room was totally disgusting, we couldn’t sit in it. The shower/tub wasn’t the cleanest either. Needless to say, we had to clean the room.

Horrible Night stay

Location is old & run down defiantly not worth the price paid. The AC in the room froze up all night & the room would not stay cold. The bathroom had or has URINE spots & Streams all over the floor and walls. The other guests were super load all night "not your problem" the overall guest services at this property we severely lacking. The friendlessness & over all attitude of staff at this property was dismal at best. This has probably been one of the most dissatisfying & distasteful overnight stays that I have had. I would like to discuss my dissatisfaction at more length with a supervisor or someone from either corporation Hotels.com or Wyndam.

Cómo es posible q sobre la habitacion 225 y 223 a las 6:50 a.m inicien un trabajo sobre el techo, generando todo el ruido posible y despertando a toda la familia. Insólito. Si van a intervenir y/o adecuar NO ALQUILEN ESTA HABITACION. Y si pueden por lo menos colocar jamón en el desayuno mucho mejor.

It was very convenient to shopping at the outlet mall. They are currently remodelling so there was some areas blocked off and there was remodeling things aroundcthe property. The staff was very friendly. Basic breakfast, cereal, waffles, juice, bread were available. It is in small area so it was very congested. Room was very clean with laminate flooring. Would definitely stay again.
