Welcome to Riverview Breeze in Bradenton Florida! This single level floor house is less than 7 miles away from Holmes beach/Cortez beach/Anna Marie Island, and 24 miles from Siesta Key!

Want to walk to the beach? Just head over to Riverview Pointe by Desoto Memorial for public beaches, just a 15 min walk or 3 min drive!

Tucked away in a high end neighborhood on a large lot, completely enclosed by tall hedges and fences.

Outdoor driveway allows parking for max of 6 cars. No parking on the lawn of driveway please - cars parked inappropriately may be towed at guest's expense.

Living/Dining Space
Check out the spacious dining options fit for 12-16 people with a dinning room table holds six people and a breakfast nook table that seats 4 people as well as an extra 2 people on the kitchen peninsula. The main living room has a sectional couch with 3 power recliners and accent chairs that can sit up to 8 people as well as additional seating available for entertainment. The second living room includes a full sofa with a queen pull-out couch; now the kids and adults can hang out in separate rooms!

The living room leads you to the beautiful outdoor heated pool and a sun trellis. There is a table with seating for up to 8 people as well as beautiful lounge chairs around the pool. Pool area includes a serene waterfall where you could relax and lay to best soak up on all the beautiful Florida sun, as well as a Weber grill for outdoor cooking.

Oasis

The property is very modern and all rooms are coordinated in the decor. There are large screen TVs in every room, which is excellent. The pool is fantastic. It is a short walk to the De Soto memorial which is on the water. A nice surprise. The house is in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The only negatives would be that the pool furniture is not all in good condition and there are not enough serving dishes for a stay at home dinner. I would recommend the property and I would stay again.

Fun in the sun

This property is in a great location. Close to the beach, shopping etc. But who needs the beach with a pool outside the door? This home is well appointed. Plenty of space for all. Our family has rented many VRBO properties and this one is the first one where there were plenty of TP, Paper towels, Dishwasher pods, towels, trach can liners. It's the little things.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for our group. We had two couples, our college aged sons and a couple of their friends. The layout of the house was perfect. We opted to have the pool heated for the week, which was a good call since the weather in March is not always super warm. We had everything we needed, we were close to the beach & restaurants and enjoyed our time there. Any question I had with the owners was responded to almost immediately. We would definitely recommend this rental! Thank you for a memorable week!

We Fell in Love with this property

Why did we love staying at this property? We had lots of reasons which I am sure I might leave some out of this review since I can't name them all. First off the host Andrew was always so quick to reply to any questions I had before checking in, he called me the day before just to go over some details. He was very informative and so easy to work with. The size of the house was perfect, the house was very clean and we loved the location and neighborhood. This area is one of our favorites because of the close proximity to everything you could want to do from Nature Hikes with pets, Anna Maria Beach, tons of restaurants in Bradenton and Sarasota. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, one of our favorite things was the back yard. It is so hard to find pet friendly homes with fenced in yards. We loved that this house was dog friendly and our pup loved it even more. We have stayed at 7 rental properties in this area and this pool by far was the warmest! Usually we are having to ask the owners to turn the pool heat up this time of year but we were blown away at how warm it was, it was PERFECT! Like I said we fell in love with this property and will definitely be staying here again. Andrew thanks for being so great to work with, we really appreciate you.

Andrew and Nella are incredible hosts! They respond incredibly quickly and send you updates throughout your stay. Their rules are very easy to follow, and not extensive! A beautiful home, location, and PLENTY of sleeping space. We give them a 12/10 rating! A must Stay!!!

2022 Annual Family Florida Vacation

This is the my 4th VRBO rental. Andrew is the BEST property manager I have ever communicated with. We had some minor issues at the house, he was so quick to respond and get it taken care of. The house was perfect for me, my children and grandchildren. beds was very comfortable. My grandkids loved the back room where they had plenty of room to play and be loud and not bother the rest of the family. The only thing I wish was the house had casserole dishes and large serving bowls. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. I will be in contact with Andrew next year when my family is ready to plan our annual Florida vacation.

Very Disappointed

Let me begin by stating that the location is excellent. Very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The home is spacious and well equipped. Communication with the owner was courteous and helpful. Cons: Cigarette smell was strong possibly from previous renters. Garage converted into large room. Awkward! Laundry room and small restroom right next to it . Large pool but most of the pavers around it were loose which I consider dangerous for kids and seniors like us. There was always a muggy or bad odor throughout the house. The worst thing of all we’re the live roaches we found. Was it worth the over 2,000 dollars we paid to stay? Absolutely NOT!

This was my first time in Sarasota and also my first time renting a VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised. Andrew's house was beautiful, it offered everything my family and I were looking for great amenities, relaxation and fun! My nephews LOVED the pool and we also loved that we were a short drive away from Anna Maria Island! Our family vacation was Awesome!

Spacious fun retreat

Our group consisted from 88 years to six years old. Everyone had a blast. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the mornings and evenings at the pool and middle of the day at the beaches on Ana Maria Island they were so beautiful. We would love to come here again. Highly recommend.

The property is very wide and spacious, it has all the possible comforts to be on vacation, the gazebo was not in a condition to enjoy sitting outdoors, but in general the house, pool etc. are in very good condition to vacation and rest It is very close to the beaches and to go fishing.
