Appartamento più che confortevole, posizione comoda. Stoviglie un po' datate, da sostituire. Qualche difficoltà con il responsabile della struttura che non parla italiano, ma comunque gentile e premuroso. Nel complesso vacanza soddisfacente

Sehr netter Vermieter und Hausmeister,der uns am 1.Tag erklärt hat,wie es mit der Nutzung der Fewo,dem Müll,Handtüchern usw abläuft. Die Fewo war sauber u.ordentlich. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nur Geschirr war etwas zu wenig vorhanden. Würden uns noch ein paar Schüsselchen,Besteck und grössere Kaffeetassen u.Toaster wünschen.Die Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Die Lage ist ruhig,da abseits der Hauptstraße. Wir sind ganz verliebt in die Landschaften,die Seen und Berge u.werden bald wieder kommen.

Waren 2Erwachsene und 2 Kinder Platz war ausreichend. Küche hatte kaputte teller und gläser. Grundausstattung küche ungenügend, salz, spülmittel, schwamm hat gefehlt. Hauswart konnte man kaum verstehen, da er weder gut deutsch noch italienisch sprach und die freundlichkeit liess auch zu wünschen übrig.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf

Wir waren eine Woche im März mit Familie dort. Die laut Beschreibung einfache und zweckmäßige Ausstattung stellte sich für unser Empfinden als nicht anforderungsgerecht heraus. Die Küche empfanden wir als unangenehm, die Herdplatten waren eingebrannt, die Spülmaschine lose eingebaut, Töpfe, Teller, Bestecke in Minimalanzahl aus verschiedenen Porzellanen zusammengewürfelt, die Duschtüren alle defekt und nicht voll schließend. Da kam kein Urlaubsfeeling auf… Hausmeister spricht kein Deutsch!

Alles bestens! Verstehe negative Bewertungen nicht

Wir waren im Nebenhaus in der obersten Etage untergebracht. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, die durch eine Wohnküche verbunden sind. Von jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Zugang zum eigenen Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber! Alles absolut in Ordnung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Microwelle, einen Herd mit Backofen und es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Lediglich das Geschirr könnte "aufgepeppt" werden. Der rumänische Verwalter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer da!

Appartamento perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione e alle aspettative, ben pulito e attrezzato. Posizione protetta dal rumore del traffico della vicina Strada Statale. Unico neo, apparecchio televisivo obsoleto, con pochissimi canali dei quali uno solo italiano. Segnalo un refuso nella descrizione della località casa vacanze che descrive la posizione in Emilia Romagna.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Der Hauswart versuchte mehrfach in die Wohnung zu kommen ohne anzuklopfen und war in unserer Abwesenheit in der Wohnung ohne Absprache. Der Hauswart spricht nur rumänisch und gebrochen italienisch. Die Küche war nur notdürftig ausgestattet. Es war nie jemand ansprechbar um Fragen zur Unterkunft zu beantworten. Das Servicetelefon war zu einem einem AB geschaltet. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte durch eine Frau, die ausschließlich rumänisch spricht und somit keine Fragen beantworten konnte.
